"Right." Rakon said, running to the bathroom.  He grabbed some bandages & the emergency med kit.  He had seen the occasional pony who visited his mother have one and his mother kept several around in case a visiting pony was injured.  These he took to Snow then went to the kitchen area since it looked like it had some pans.  He went to put some water into the pan and used his dragon fire to heat the bottom of the pan.  "This should not take to long.  How hot do you want the water?" He asked.

Snow opened up the med kit pulling out some cleaning wipes and started dabbing Feathers head cleaning the wound on her head. Snow then went to her other wound, looking back at Rakon who had the water in a pot. "Make it hot but not enough to where it would burn her skin." Snow started to bandage up Feathers head, it was a shame to see her beautiful mane hidden behind bandages but it was needed to help her heal. Snow waited patiently for Rakon to heat up the water.

Shadow felt the doctor grab her hoof. She had absolutely no idea where he was taking her."where are we going?" She  asked in a confused tone. Where ever they were going she was sure it was going to be interesting and an adventure for her journal. She tried to use her magic to see what was going on.

Rakon nodded, "ok." he said, continuing to use his fire on the bottom of the pot.  After a few minutes or so he lowered the pot and held it near Snow, "is this warm enough?  Don't want it to get to be to hot." He asked, not sure if ponies thought of heat the same as dragons did since he noticed none of the ponies wanted to take a dip in the lava pools near where his mother lived, even the small ones.

Snow dipped his wing into the water and felt that Rakon had hit the nail on the head. Snow took a cloth out and dipped it in the water and proceeded to clean around Feathers wound. After he cleaned around it Snow poured some alcohol on it and started to bandage her wound. "Thank you Rakon, I'll let her rest for now. I'll check to see if the chaos has died down." Snow trotted up and shattered the ice easily on the door and windows. Slowly he opened the door freaking out when he saw a mannequin just standing at the door, luckily it wasn't moving. He quickly kicked it away and poked his head out. "Feather should be fine for now, we should try to find this Doctor fellow and figure out what's going on."

"To the TARDIS", he said with glee. They ran all through town gain some attention,but not alot. The Doctor saw his TARDIS and ran inside

"Oh I wish you see it", he thought sadly

He grabbed grabbed her hoof

"Hold on tight, we are going to the the future", he said punching some coordinates and pulling the lever and the TARDIS went to the time vortex

"I'm glad she'll be ok." He said, patting an uninjured part of her body very softly.

 

Rakon nodded, liking the idea.  "That sounds like a good idea.  He may know what's going on and if there'll be another thing like what happened.  Though I have no idea where to look for him." He said.  Then he looked at Feather, "Before we go do you think one of us should leave her a note, and maybe something to drink in case she wakes up thirsty or something?" He said.

"Hey!" yelled Happy. He and Crystalline ran after the Doctor and Shadow. They chased them to the TARDIS and tried to open the door they went through. When they couldn't open the door, they bagan banging on the door. They noticed the TARDIS begining to disappear they backed off. Once ot was gone, Happy sat down on the ground and slammed his hooves into the dirt and started crying. "That damned Doctor. He took Shadow. What's he going to do with her." He pulled Crystalline into a hug and held her there. "It'll be ok Daddy. Hopefully." They sat the holding eachother for a while.

Snow stopped for a second and then smiled at the idea, he knew that she would do that for him if the roles were reversed. Snow flew inside and quickly scribbled a note after filling a glass of water. Snow stuck the note to the glass and set it on the end table closest to Feather. Snow then trotted out the door looking back to make sure that Rakon was following. "Thank you Rakon, I doubt we would've made it out without your help." Snow smiled, the next thing on their list was finding the Doctor. The only problem was that neither of them knew where to begin, the only thing they could do was look everywhere in Ponyville.

 

(heading to work now not sure when I'll be able to post. Might not be till I get home late tonight.)

Rakon waited while Snow went back into his house to do the note and drink.  While he waited he looked around the area a bit to see the mannequins laying around, and pieces of them.  He looked back at Snow as he returned.  He smiled, "Thanks, but we all helped each other.  I'm not sure if we would have done as well as we did if we had not been helping each other."  He paused to look around the area again a bit, "I wonder how the others, including that doctor pony, are doing." He said.

Shadow tried to use her magic to get a out line of the room she was in but she was still too weak. "To the future?!" Shadow said as she felt around trying to find the doctor. "Where are you? Where am I?" she began to become frightened. Back at Happy's house she knew where she was, Here she didn't know what was going on.

The Doctor touched Shadow's hoof and put on the console and held on to it

"You're inside the TARDIS and let her scan for planets in the future for the best hospitals", he said with a smile

The TARDIS binged

"There she found one", he said pulling the lever to go the destination

Shadow could feel the doctor holding onto her hoof. She looked at him and then looked down at the console. She couldn't see it but she knew the console was there. She heard the TARDIS bing and looked at the Doctor. "What planet is it on?" She asked with a confused look.

"Ah Its says new new Equestria", he said and made the TARDIS landed down near the hospital and he grabbed her hoof. Then then went outside.

"Here we are",  he said, "Too bad you can see it, it is beautiful."

He saw ponies with jetpacks and pagsi with twice longer wings. They then went inside the hospital

"Hello my friend is  blind can you cure her?", he asked the unicorn mare

"Yes", she said with happiness

Shadow looked in the direction of the unicorn mare. Shadow pushed her mane out of her eyes and revealed them. Shadow felt a little sheepish. She wasn't sure she was ready to see. She took a deep breath and said "I...I'm ready to see." She said with fake confidence.

"Oh come on", he said, "I know you are scared, but you'll be asleep most of the time right?"

"Correct", the mare said with a smile,"She wont fell a thing."

"By the way, who are you two", she asked

"Doctor Who John Smith", he  said taking out the physic paper

"Oh sir I didn't realize you would come here and your blind patient?", she asked looking at Shadow

"Umbra", he said,"My 4th cousin twice removed."

"How,long were you blind Umbra", the mare asked Shadow

Happy went back into town with Crystalline. "Daddy, you should go to the hospital."

"I can't. I need to see how I can help." Crystalline jumped in front of Happy and glared at him. She then changed into Lyrical and glared at him some more. "Fine, I'll go. But please try to help these people. Get Lyrical to help too.

"Okie dokie!" Crystalline said before hoping down the street in her natural form. 'She could make a damn good Pinkie Pie imposter. I raised her well though.' He smiled. He went to the hospital and signed in. They looked at the wounds and moved him to an operation room to get the bullets out.

Crystalline was bouncing down the street when she was tapped by somepony. "Ummm... c-could you help me?" She turned to see Fluttershy skicking the ground and hiding behimd her hair.

"Of course Fluttershy. Whatcha need?"

"I was wondering if you could... um... help me find some friends of mine. I haven't seen them since before the attack."

"Oh! I saw them. They're right behind you." Fluttershy squeaked and turned around. Her friends were a few feet behind her and she ran up to them. "Oh! There you are I was so worried and-." Crystalline ran off to help other ponies.

Shadow looked at the doctor and then back to the mare "I have been blind for all my life..." She said. Shadow thought to herself  Umbra? Why couldn't he just say my name was Shadow? She thought as she looked at the doctor. And why is he doing this, Why is he going through the trouble of curing my blindness. She thought.

"I see", the unicorn mare said,"Thar shouldn't be a problem."

The Doctor touched her shoulder  and whisper."Be brave and good luck an just think when you get out of the surgery room you will finally see."

The unicorn mare grabbed Shadow,"Time to go Umbra."

She put Shadow in waiting room while they were preparing for surgery

Shadow sat in the waiting room. She was scared and excited. She was scared what if the surgery fail, Her right cerebrum has been damaged since birth. She had never known anything but Black and White. How would she react to colors. How would she react to what she looked like... What would her eye color be?

After an hour the nurse came with a tablet hooked up to a scanner and she scanned Shadows. She then scanned Shadow's head and had a surprised and went to the Doctor's to tell them. After about 3 hours, The Doctor, with a surgery outfit on,   came in and  grabbed a chair and sat down next to Shadow

"I have good news and bad news", she said with concerned look on her face

Snow looked back at Rakon with a concerned face. "I'm not really sure where everypony is right now. Everypony got split up in all of the commotion, it might be hard finding them all but we can't just give up. Besides there are ponies that could use help, some of the houses do look damaged."  Snow started down the streets, looking at the damage. It was just like the days when Princess Twilight would fight against the enemies of Equestria. Snow stopped suddenly when he heard a faint sound nearby. "Rakon, do you hear something?"

"Give me the bad news first..." Shadow said looking in the direction of the Doctor. She always hoped that when they said that there were bad and good news that the good new would counter act the shock of the bad news. She looked nervous and pushed her mane out of her eyes.

"The bad news is its not a simple eye surgery we also  fix your brain, which we can do,but we also need to replace your eyes. Dont worry we have naturally grown eye all we have to is pretty much out them and the rest is done itself. I also need to ask you, do you can to keep the eyes you were born with?", the Doctor explained

"I mean, me as a surgeon, I've always wanted to do that, but I've never had the chance to... I'm sorry, though... there's nothing I can do about your vision, nothing at all. Now, come along then..."
