"So where'd you get this scarf? Can I get one? Does it do anything special?" He  then realized what he was doing and returned to his original spot and regained his composure. "Ahem. Sorry about that. I may have gotten a bit carried away." He looked at the TARDIS. "What exactly is the TARDIS anyways. It seems oddly shaped for a pony to fit in like Rakon's said."

Shadow got a confused look on her face "Humans? are they another alien species?" She asked the Doctor. She thought to herself, she now really wished she had brought her notebook. She looked at the TARDIS even though it was just a rectangular prism to her it still seemed pretty small.

Rakon thought to what his mother had said about Alicorns.  "Well, from what my mother said, they are ponies that have both a horn and wings, and are supposed to have the abilities of all the types of ponies and they are princesses and rule the pony country they call Equistria.  She said there are 2 that have not aged in over a thousand years who are the main rulers, though one was banished for a thousand years, she has returned.  And there are 2 other younger ones.  But my mother doesn't know much about them.  One of them, I think she said, rules some sort of crystals or an empire of crystals or something.   She and I don't know much about the 4th one.   A student of The main princess, princess Celestia she said she was.  I just know about those last 2 since some ponies that visit mom talked about them a time or 2.  "'

Shadow circled the TARDIS and examined it. She tried to strengthen her magic enough that she could see a good picture of it with out hurting herself. She was only able to see a detailed outline.

Both Feather and Snow continued to follow the Doctor as he headed closer to town leaving his Tardis behind. The two pegasus exchanged confused looks with the talk of humans and such. "Um Doctor...I know you just got here to Ponyville but if you need a place to stay for the night you're more than welcome to stay with Feather and I. We have a spare room in our house that you can stay in." Snow noticed that even though they were getting closer to town the group hadn't dispersed and could draw unwanted attention to the Doctor. "Yeah I doubt you'd want a bunch of us bothering you and trying to figure out how you work."

Rakon flew along, near to the doctor.   He thought for a moment on what his mother had said about them.  "She said the oldest one lives on a big castle in a town I think the ponies call Canterlot or something like that.   It's over that way. "  He said pointing to where Canterlot lay and looking to see if he could see the castle from where he was.  He had only seen the city from a distance.

 

"I'm not sure if the one who use to rule at her side and was banished to the moon but returned and is reformed, lives with her there or at their old castle.  It's just ruins last time I saw it.  When the younger one returned the moon changed it's appearance." he said.   "Mom said that the older one would rule at day and the other one would rule at night, or something like that."

'Why thank you", the stallion designer, with a  blue mane and gray  mane, said with a happly gleey

After what was said and done the stallion and yawned and went back to work unaware that in a backroom a mannequins started to move towards him

Shadow heard the doctor and teleported to the group.  "What is going on? What is strange" She said looking at the doctor. She looked around and thought to herself. Nothing looked strange everything seemed normal... well besides the TARDIS and an alien were in ponyville.

Happy followed behind the group. 'This guy is strange,' he thought, calculative. 'That blue "Police Box", coming from space, "alien". Something doesn't add up. Secrets that need being said.' "So, Doctor. Tell us more about yourself. What about your planet? Your people? If yoou're from another planet, why do you look exactly like us? How is that TARDIS "alive"?" The questions flew out of his mouth.

There were several screams  and gun shots

"That is what strange", he said and he looked around and mannequins were coming out of every store and he looked at the ponies,"Run."

The Doctor then ran into a nearby alley to take cover from the gunfire.

"Now,now what are you doing here", he said with interest

Shadow teleported out of the way. "Mannequins! Living Mannequins! that is not scientifically possible!" Shadow yelled to the Doctor. She was so scared she had stopped using her magic. Everything was dark and she didn't know where she was "Where am I?" She said from an alley between two houses.

"How is that happening?" Rakon asked.  He had no idea how those pony statue things (he had never heard of the term Mannequins) moving around on their own and seemed to be firing something.  Some sort of weapon he had not heard or seen before.  He thought of breathing fire at the moving pony statue things, but they were close to buildings and he didn't want to set any of the pony buildings on fire, nor hurt any pony that may suddenly run be around.  Did a pony call them mannequins.  He had not heard of that term.  He decided to follow the doctor down the alley.

'Damn.... Lucky bucker.' Happy thought. 'What an amazing timing to be attacked.' Happy ran after the Doctor, but stopped when he thought he heard a voice coming from another alley. he looked around and found the unicorn mare, Shadow, looking scared and lost in the alley opposite the group. He ran down the alley and grabbed her cloak trying to lead her out of the alley. "This way," he said before starting down the alley, attempting to take out some of the mannequins along the way, attempting to dodge the projectiles while protecting Shadow, and being somewhat success. He hoped that Shadow wasn't taking too many of them.

Snow looked back at Feather with concern. "Feather stay with me and help some of the other ponies." Snow took off and landed next to a few of the mannequins. Using his ice control, Snow froze their legs in place on the ground giving some ponies the time needed to make their getaway. Feather helped the children get to safety faster, making sure that nopony was hurt in the process. "Well this turned into quite the interesting day and we've only just met this Doctor fellow."

Shadow was to frightened to try and use her magic to see. She felt somepony pulling on her cloak and ran along side who ever was guiding her. She almost tripped a few times but got her balance. She was trying to focus on making a force field with her magic.

Happy kept running down the alley. He noticed that some of the projectiles were starting to bounce off thin air. A barrier. He glanced back to see Shadow focusing behind him, not concentrating on the pathway. He went to pick her up and put her on his back, allowing him to concentrate on other magic. "Get on my back!" he yelled to Shadow. "I'll use my magic to help you with the barrier!" 'I hope this works,' he thought, 'because if it doesn't we may die.... My special talent is helping people, so shouldn't I have some kind of helping people spell, or be able to lend my magic to people who need it? Maybe?'

Shadow looked at where the voice came from and felt around. She felt Happy and got on his back. She still had no idea where she was or who's back she had gotten on. She tried to strengthen her magic and it began hurting. She continued to try and keep the force field up even if it made her horn shatter.

'Here we go,' he thought. Happy turned his head towards Shadow, now on his back. "Here we go. Hold on!" Happy started walking forward, and poured his magic into a prototype spell. He imagined a connection between his horn and Shadow's horn, giving his magic to her. 'Let's see how this works. I'll be able to tell by how well the shield strengthens,' Happy fretted in his head.

Snow was freezing as many mannequins as possible making sure to not catch anypony in the attacks. Feather continued moving ponies around and guiding them to safety. "I don't know what's going on but I don't think this is the kind of excitement any of us were looking for." Snow said finally managing to freeze the last mannequin in place within the area.

Shadow focused some of her magic to see and noticed all the mannequins were frozen. She created a force field around all the mannequins and slowly made the sphere around them smaller. The force field was stronger thanks to Happy's magic. She trapped the mannequins and began breathing heavily.

More mannequins came and started to kill ponies left and right. The  Doctor was running from the fight and he was looking for something. One of the mannequins saw him and open fire and he dogged the bullets and he tried to get back to the TARDIS,but she wouldn't open, he then went  to circle the town.

Shadow made more force fields and tried to trap the other mannequins. It got more and more painful for her. She tried to protect them and trap the mannequins. "I can't keep these force fields up much longer... Who ever I'm on... We got to get out of here!! so RUN!" She yelled at Happy.

Rakon saw what was happening.  To try to give the various ponies time to get away he dove at one of the mannequins, biting one of their legs.  His gums and teeth being use to eating gems were able to bite through the leg, making it harder for the mannequins to move easily since some of them now had 3 instead of 4 legs.  It was tricky to get in, but a leg of 2 and get out.  He did suffer some injuries, but not major ones since he kept moving instead of staying in one spot, making him a harder target for them to aim at and hit.

Happy was exhausted. The spell had left him physically and mentally drained. His horn was on the verge of fizzling out. He watched the scene developing in front of him. He heard Shadow yell for him to run and he was reminded of his home. He took off down the streets, the adrenaline keeping him going. He arrived at his house and slammed on the door and yelled for someone to open it. The door opened but nobody was there. It must have been opened from upstairs. Happy went to walk inside. "Welcome to my home Shadow. I need to look for my daughter and roomate. Sit down on the couch to your left or find something to drink in the fridge in the kitcen to your right. Drinks are on the door."
