Do you think Trixie should learn REAL magic?

I love Trixie in the show, we haven't seen her in quite a while, other than her Equestria Girls cameo. I know that her best episode was the Alicorn Amulet. Why can't Trixie be taken seriously? You think she just has the attitude of Rainbow Dash, except she is incompetent? Would you like to see Trixie come back and use real magic?

Well she does use real magic. If you look at the first episode she was in on the first season she pretty much made fools of rarity and rainbow dash with her real magic. That said she's nowehere near as powerful as Twilight is (and that's the point of her empty boasting).

But her's is based in just putting on a good show and wowing people.

She's a showpony. Her magic is real but it's meant to be tricks for entertainment. No reason she should be able to do all the stuff Twilight can. So in that sense, no she shouldn't learn "real" magic.
