general media Green screen/chroma key problem? Only on Fluttershy and Derpy clips

Apparently when I try to chroma key clips with Fluttershy and/or Derpy specifically, the yellow color is faded as well, which looks ugly.

 

Does blue screen work better?
I can't really find any blue screen ponies on YouTube anywhere, only green screen.

I am using CyberLink PowerDirector 12 Ultra on Windows 8.1.
This was the closest video editing program I could get my hands on.
