request Character request for 2d fighting game

Are you allowed to request characters for a 2d fighting game that i will make for you.

 

Rules:

You must provide me the character sprites of the character you want to request (If you want to request a dbz sprite you dont have to give me the sprites since i have already tons of them)

 

You can choose of 4 special attacks and 2 ultimate attacks maximum of your character

You are allowed to make transformations for your character but the maximum transformations are 5

You are allowed to request your OC as a character but i will need to get the sprite files of it then
