You have to be a subscriber to edit your member title.   Standard members only have their Rank name as their member title.

Unfortunately, changing your member title is something only able for the MLP Forums Staff, or Subscribers/Donors. It's a perk you get along with several others, it's quite nice. ^^

Hi there @, as Datte said, only donors or subscribers have the ability to change their member title at will. For a full list of the perks for donating, see this faq, it should put it into more detail for you.
