Well if their ship kept going on Rarity would you know, keep him as her slave like a butler, prolly be annoyed how infatuated he is with her and doesn't take control much, so gives him something to do then ships with others while he is busy. Maybe she ships with him when drunk then after is like, Spike, I don't think we'll work out, and he is like WHAT our shipping was spectacular why would we stop. Sorry Spike but I'm not in love with you. Then sad Spike tears.

The pair does live. It lives on in the minds of the fans' I imaginations. Maybe someday. Sparity will be a for real relationship. Most likely never to be realized in MLP. From what I saw though during "Like Fine Wine". What's there to it between two consenting adults? That's the beauty of it. Not the fact one is a dragon, while the other a unicorn. Not that one maybe a little older than the other. Needless to say. That short film played out a bit the way I would have expected. Sparity lives on... In the hearts of bronies.

I don't really support this couple. Spike is about 10 years old, and Rarity, almost twice as old as him. Spike's probably better off with a Crusader.
