Which one of the Princesses apart from Twilight would most likely turn traitor?

Out of them I do agree with you that Cadance would be more likely. Celestia is too experienced (and her will is more or less the nation's will anyways) and Luna's already been down that road so she's probably not going to turn again barring extraordinary circumstance. Cadance is young, inexperienced, and off on her own. There could easily be a magical mishap that turns her rogue. But even then, I think her turning tail is unlikely.

I see it being highly unlikely that any of them would.

I know that this is not suiting, but I could see Prince Blueblood betraying Equestria for despotic military power.

Wow, episode idea!

Luna (cause it already happened).

Maybe succumbing to Nightmare Moon for some beneficial but misguided reason and it backfires?

Only Luna comes to my mind.

I really can't see Cadance as a traitor, she's very close to Twilight and Shining Armor...

I doubt it. After her reaction to being freed from her Nightmare prison in the first season, I think that she is too afraid to go down that road once more.

Prince Blueblood could. He technically is not a princess, but I see him forming an uprising to ascend to power.

I think Celestia because she knew how to use the dark/Alicorn magic that King Sombra utilized to torment the Crystal Ponies and booby trap the door of fear in his castle.

Plus, herfailures to protect the Crystal Empire from Sombra's final curse, not being able to stop Luna from turning into Nightmare Moon and subsequently have to seal her within the moon, as well as her failure to guide Sunset Shimmer onto the right path are the only mistakes we actually know about in her long lifespan-the guilt of which must constantly weigh heavily on her psyche.
