searching High Value Targets (RP)

A famous and rich politician roams the U.S. Leaving a major impression on the country and all the people living here. But recently he's been making some odd choices, some say he's corrupt, and some say he's just making choices people don't agree with. The point is someone wants him dead and someone is willingly to pay quite handsomely for his execution.

The others think he's just being made to make the choices that he is, those people are called the Birds, with hopeful intentions on setting him on the right path again. They will stop at nothing to get him protected and safeguarded from the Hitmen.

So me and BlueOptyx have decided to co-mod an OP. Rules below, you know the drill.

lA plot:

For Hitman, to kill the HVT at all costs,

Through hacking and means of technology to find connections to the HVT's whereabouts and maybe even interrogating others to find the info.

In the end, we'll leave it up to creativity of the role players on how they want to find the HVT.

Once the HVT is found, plans must be made in order to kill him, if he's in a house, you've got to find schematics to his house and plan escape routes and other ideas.

For the "Birds"

To save the HVT from death,

Through proving that the HVT is in danger and must be moved to somewhere more secure until something can be done about the Hitmen. This can be done by finding evidence that there are Hitmen after the HVT and perhaps doing some publicity stunt so that the HVT will have to be put in maximum security.

In the end it will also be up to the role players to protect the HVT

Setting:

We'll limit it to the U.S. but if need be for a transition of battle fields, we'll change that as well.

I'd say maybe 3 role players for each side?

Rules:

1. No mary/gary sue

2. No OP characters

All abilities will need to be revealed during sign ups

3.Godmodding will be allowed at some times,

(PM Roleplay Mod or CO-Mod for allowance of God modding)

I'm saying it can be used because Hitmen will be able to get information from the "Birds" and they'll do this by means of interrogation, Godmodding will be necessary. Of course the "Birds" will be able to escape though.

4. No just suddenly convincing authorities that HVT will need to be moved into high security

5. No just suddenly killing the HVT randomly

 

If the "Birds" convince somehow that the HVT will need to be put in security, the Hitman will have a limited amount of time to finish the execution before the bounty will cease.
