I may miss many times, but she will fall, just like the ones before her. Just think all of the data that we as humans could reap from that one pony. So much, in fact, that it would be impossible to stop the general populace from supporting it. Research could fund wars, for the right price. I have ways. Humans have ways. Ponies have ignorance. But silence can sometimes speak louder than words ever can. And I know this type of silence. It burrows, it stings. But Rainbow Dash would know nothing of that, now would she? She would be glad to become anyone's friend, if they were to ask. And yet here I am, suggesting clandestine operations to achieve a goal that's so convoluted that I, myself, am ignorant to my intentions. My first response of this topic was to show how a "typical" human, driven by primal instincts would react. Looking only to benefit themselves, with little regard to others, human or pony. However, if you really wish to know what I would do... I would do nothing. Driven by fear, that's what I would do. I would rather be blissfully unaware of her precence than see her and know that she cannot stay. To know that my time with her would be limited. To know that, in a few days or hours, she would be gone with the wind. It is too much of a struggle, too much of a pain to deal with. A few brief moments of excitement followed by an eternity of regret and yearning for what cannot be...ignorance really is bliss. And perhaps that was an over-dramatization. But it was a metaphor for aspects of my life, if anybody cares. But if you don't care or understand (I don't expect you to), don't beat yourself up.
