    They have big computers, helicopters, trains etc. There tech level is various depending on the requirements of the episode. We cannot compare it to a human year.

    I have the worst time trying to sleep! I have done mile swims, 5+ mile kayaking journeys and school in the same day, and failed to sleep that night at all I have to lie in bed for at least 2 and a half hours before I have a hope of sleep.
