I would like to commission a dragon pony

The base picture below shows the basic design i am looking for

There is also a template that the original artist made so people can replicate his design

Basically i want exactly what you see in the base but a silver mane in the style shown below in hair/mane

A lightning bolt unicorn horn

Right eye is blue
