request Can someone vector my friend's mlp OC?

My friend and I are making a combined youtube channel, and I was going to put a picture of our two OC's. I have mine but I need his to be vectored. The details are: A green pegasus,with a orange mane that has blue highlights,it's a colt with a mare's muzzle. The mane style should be lightning dust's. Also the cutie mark should be a shoe with a feather. The eye colour is blue and he should be having a huge smile.     (sorry testing out emoticons XD)
