Was it that big of a problem? I haven't really noticed that much spamming going on here.

Eh. I think it's pointless. Post count is simply a method of counting posts. That's all it is. Nothing more, nothing less. And I haven't really seen anyone take it out of proportion on these forums, so why remove it?

Besides, it actually motivates me to post seeing my post count go higher. But not just spam. When I post, I try to post out relatively well-thought out things and usually don't post unless there's a reason to do so. But that doesn't mean I can...

...can't derive a minor sense of accomplishment from a tiny little number. I know that seems silly and most people say OH YOU LIKE POST COUNT YOU ARE A SPAMMER but that's really just taking things out of proportion. I'm sure at least some people feel the same.

But whatever, it doesn't really matter. I guess I can get used to it. Not that big a deal, just something I thought was silly.
