"My mane looks absolutely dreadful!" Inkscape complained to herself. So many days underground hadn't done her appearance any favors. Not that she was a fickle unicorn, but she did like to look presentable. "How do they expect me work in these dank conditions?" She looked around the small chamber that served as her quarters. It was her job to write reports and relay messages to and from various pony strongholds. Picking up a quill and dipping it in the inkwell with her magic, she began scribbling down her most recent report. "When I moved to Ponyville to work on my writing, I certainly didn't have this in mind."

Great Celestia! These exams and final projects are going to kill me! Luckily the last one is today, then I'll be free to go home tomorrow.... right after I clean up my dorm room. Oh dear, this is going to take forever! Clothes everywhere, and don't even get me started on the bathroom. No one ever helps me clean around here! Suitemate is always gone, as is my roommate. What's a pony to do?!

Yes, I'm a writing major, so my whole life is portfolios XD But thank you! I'm definitly going to need some luck to get through this last week of class!

Meh, so Exam Week is this week. I have 3 projects due and an exam on Thursday, plus I work Tuesday and Wednesday. But I cannot wait until Thursday afternoon, because I;ll be going home for an entire month. I'll be turning 20 in 2 weeks, and I am so excited that I get to celebrate with my family and friends. It's 7:30 am. I have no idea how I;m still awake at the moment. I couldn't get comfortable all night, eventually I just gave up at around 5 am. I even drank herbal tea, but still no luck. I-I wear contacts most of the time. I don't like the way I look in glasses at all. XD But I do wear glasses at night or in the morning when I first wake up.

Garage Band is the best one I know of. I've used it for lots of recordings for classes and such. It's ether free or very cheap. Though I'm sure there are better programs out there, if you're going for something more on the professional end of things.

I'm not a furry, either, but I just love the community there XD It really is like my second home... except on the internet, you know? XD
