I think each has its place. I use my facebook for keeping in touch with friends real friends, not "facebook friends." I also use it to keep in touch with family. As far as forums go, this is the only one I'm active on, as many others are just filled with immature users, who ruin it for everyone else.

Oh! Inkscape hails from canterlot. She is a unicorn mare in her early 20's. Her cutie mark is a pink quill in a silver inkpot, am elaborate, curvy line at the bottom of the mark to suggest the appearance of words.. She likes writing, thus the cutie mark, outdoors, and reading. Inkscape holds herself to high standards, and is often distraught when others do not do the same. She moved to Ponyville to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city in order to work on her writing. I have never had someone do a drawing of my character before, so here's a rough bit I made up in PonyMaker. The cutie mark is not correct.

There is a category in the fandom for characters that resemble a normal animal, but speak, or do other human like things. Term is called "feral." I think MLP isn't furry, per-say, though there is some overlap, but a lot of fandoms overlap a little. :3

I think there's a lot to be said about how identify yourself. I was into things considered furry a long time before I actually considered myself one. I went to my first convention in November, fell in love with how kind and open everyone was in the community that I fell all in. Now I'm commissioning a fursuit. XP

My first furry Crush was Kovu from The Lion King II. I was like 6 years old, but them animators made him handsome. It's the anthro qualities. And the VOICE. Sexeh voice! But there's something for the anthro qualities. I mean I think I can make a safe assumption that 99% of furries (Or bronies) aren't into beastiality... that's just... no. Just no.

Not every furry cosplays, or even goes to conventions. The definition of "furry" is up for debate even among the members themselves.

Bronies are picked on a lot, furries too. Furries are fans of anthropomorphic animals. MLP is right up our alley. Anyone else a furry brony?
