      The Rise of Skywalker. No contest. It was such a convoluted mess filled with so many plotholes and conveniences and it felt like J.J. Abrams was trying to cram his own version of Episode VIII as well as Episode IX into a two and a half hour movie.

       

      Edit: While I will admit that the comics that take place between TESB and RoTJ do try to provide some connection since Vader does manage to get a wayfinder and he does visit Exegol.
