      A crucial part of my work cycle. If my head is full of unwanted thoughts or if I'm not focused enough on what I want to do, I take a nap on the bed. Then about 30-60 minutes later, I get back to work with a refreshed mind. Even just laying there with my eyes closed and not actually sleeping is also enough to clear my head.
