      You mean like a Charlie horse? Yeah, really sucks to get one while sleeping. I used to get woken up by them so often that I've trained myself to snap myself awake the instant I feel one coming on, leap out of bed and stand on the leg to stop the cramp. Not gonna lie, it's pretty pimp.
