I was free of my nightmares for a few days. Now I just had a particularly weird and disturbing one that woke me up at 2:30 am on a school night.

@Orca Sure, I'd like to hear about it. Glad to hear you haven't had nightmares. I've had a ton of them recently.
@Red I saw a psychologist for several months last year, but back then my sleep schedule was horrid so I almost never remembered my dreams. I saw him for the last time in, I think, December 2012, when I decided I was mostly out of my depression.
