We're not putting a set time limit on this, as long as all donors send in their OCs as soon as they can! So if you need some time to get the image ready that's perfectly fine

My favorite energy drink is Bang because of the high caffeine content (300 mg) while having 0 calories and no sugar.

That being said, I appreciate Shiny's sentiment above and I regret forming the habit of relying on these to maintain peak alertness throughout my day. I also drink black coffee on the regular on top of this so I consume way too much caffeine, and I doubt consuming all the artificial sugars and such from Bang is healthy, particularly over the long-term.

I've also started having severe canker sores inside my mouth for the first time in my life over the past month, which has resulted in some of the worst pain I've ever experienced. It's truly a transcendental level of agony. I have no idea if my energy drink habit is connected, but it's one of my only distinctly new and consistent dietary habits I developed over the past year so it's possible.

Just as Smart Cookie, Clover the Clever and Private Pansy disregarded all differences between them and united as one community of friends to banish the windigos beyond the frozen expanse of eternal night, our community united to make a significant impact on the lives of children in need of emotional support and help. Furthermore, when I reflect on not only this monumental generosity but how this is the 10th year this community has come together to make a difference: there are truly no words to express how precious, rare and beautiful this is.

Stray is without a doubt one of my top favorite games of all time. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just say that the atmosphere and storytelling through precise and deliberate construction of the world is tremendous. I'm glad you're going to check it out.

Right now I'm playing through Tails Adventure alongside some other Sonic games for the Game Gear. Poloy Forest strikes a special chord with me.

Welcome to the MLP Forums December 2023 Visual Art contest

Visual Art contests will generally start monthly. In some months there may be a theme, and that may be a character, a general emotion, holiday, or prompt.

The theme for this month is:

Hearth's Warming and Winter Activities

Requirements

• Create artwork of ponies (and/or other canon creatures or OCs) gathering together for any Winter festivities, such as but not limited to Hearth's Warming. Both one pony and groups of characters are allowed.
  • You can also create artwork based on real-life holidays like Christmas or general wintertime activities as long as they depict MLP characters or OCs
• Both canon and original characters are allowed, as well as any MLP generation
• All members of MLPF are eligible
• No AI art will be accepted, however it can be used for initial inspiration
• Animations no longer than 10 seconds are allowed

Deadline

Submissions will close on January 8th, 2024.

Judging

Public voting will be open during January 9th - January 16th, 2024. Afterwards, voting will be finalized within staff and results will be posted as soon as we are able to share them!

Winners

Winners will be granted the Canterlot Artist Rank and Badge. All entries will be eligible to receive an Art Achievement Bronze Badge. Future participation will count toward Silver and Gold Art Badges.

Some of my favorite metal songs that I've listened to the most over the past year.

Ne Obliviscaris is my favorite black/death metal hybrid with symphonic elements and has crafted one of the smoothest yet most complex sounds I've heard yet.

First Fragment employs a fascinating mixture of Spanish guitar with technical death metal, which creates a distinctly beautiful atmosphere. The technical complexity of both genres blends into a veritable symphony.

Scar Symmetry is an excellent groove metal band with consistently top-notch quality. Their latest album features a smooth, almost synthetic sound coupled with interesting themes and lyricism.

Electric Callboy fuses EDM, techno and metal in a fashion I've never heard before, even being divergent from another favorite band of mine Amaranthe that employs EDM and pop elements. Probably one of the most fun metal bands I've encountered in recent years.

Beyond Creation is a lesser known technical death metal band. Their Algorythm album carries a uniquely ponderous atmosphere along with some of my favorite lyrics I've seen in metal recently.
