Not necessarily. She's good as an antagonist and is talented at using magic, but she's still a show-off and not exactly very nice...I think she's overrated, but the only thing that is truly overrated is the word overrated itself.

However, for a character that has a lot of fans despite not being meant to be liked so much, I think it's safe to say she's not underrated.

Well, being a show-off is sort of her job... She is a magician trying to attract an audience so she can preform a show... And doing it in a world where magic is common-place.

And I do agree about your opinion on the word overrated. I hate that word.
