    Just watched Les Misérables. Ugh. It's like they were trying to make it as uninteresting as possible, which is really hard to do when you're working with a Victor Hugo story, so I guess I have to give them props for that.

      Haven't seen it yet, but a number of reviews have said that Russell Crowe can't sing. What did you think of his singing?

      @Batbrony: He tried, and sometimes he was passable. It probably didn't help that everybody had to sing every single line of dialogue "live" (as opposed to lip-synching). And I do mean every single line of dialogue (there was maybe one or two lines here and there that they got to deliver like a human being, which was sweet relief). As you can imagine, hearing constant kinda-singing-but-there's-no-musical-number-going-on-at-the-time-so-wtf over 2 and a half hours got rea...
