The monsters came out and started their attacks. "Everyone make sure they don't reach the wall alright" Equinox called out. "Yes Sir" THe other guards said as Equinox ran forward before slashing 3 monsters once before sheathing his weapon causing them to die. "Simple monsters..." He muttered before kicking one away. "Something doesn't seem right..." Equinox thought. The beast was blending into the shadows before it had changed, drinking the blood of the innocent guard that it had slaughtered silently only moments before. Growing in size it followed the path, smelling for it's next victim. The first to show was one of three massive heads that checked around the corner and saw the guards that had just killed the monsters though a few had died.

Within the nearby forest a few red eyes were visible from where Equinox was at. "Sir do you-" "Yes I see them...get ready they might come to attack" Equinox said interrupting the guard as he picked up a sheathed weapon and placed it on his back. "Make sure to keep one alive....if anything else appears leave it to me alright" Equinox said. "Yes sir" The guard said. Meanwhile an even larger beast was waiting farther back ready to strik once the other monsters are finished off. ((No its fine))

He was still down after hearing that his mother, Joshpine Sin, had died because of monsters taking her from him. Her body was found in someones basement dead and already decayed from time. After the discovery of her body Equinox went into a chronic depressed state for about a month till he had decided to join the night guards to help defend the town from monsters. Since his time in the guard he has become respected as a well known fighter being able to to deal with the monsters with little problem. But that didn't matter to him, no in fact he wanted to find the one that too his mother away from him and killed her as well as leaving her body in someones basement. He wanted the ones that done it found so he could kill them and never let them see the light of day again.

"Yeah let's check up on them...Deranged must be keeping close eye on her after what has happened" Equinox said as he smiled. "He does care for her a lot so he might be a bit on edge and everything" Equinox said (Ugh hate being on writers block all the bloody time)

"Kyubey is what I am called" The cat thing said before it left. Meanwhile Gem was being harassed by a few ponies. "It's not like you are actually real...all you are is a machine nothing more nothing less" One pony said to her. "Yeah why don't you just go back to the facotry you were made from" Another said before they just left. Gem Shine just sat there. "I'm not real...I hate what I am...a robot" She muttered as she got up and started waliking. "I wish I could just...become a normal everyday pony...and not be bullied" She said

"Heh...I guess I should thank Deranged" Equinox said. "Still though he is called Deranged and let's not forget the times he had helped us" Equinox said as he laughed a bit. "I went to wanting him dead...to him being my friend" He said ((I have been playing so much Xenobaldes, Shadows of Mordor, and Bravely Default.....such fun games))

"In not sure....probably just rest...I haven't actually rested in quite some time" Equinox said before laughing. "You know...I don't think I ever would have met you if it weren't for Deranged...and I mean met as in my number not being drawn" Equinox said as he smiled. "Guess I should thank him"

"Huh? You're crazy?" Equinox said smiling. "I didn't know that I thought the bodies in the basement were just sculptures" He said before laughing. "I mean more crazy...too much has happened and I am surprised nothing else has happened yet" He said before closing his eyes.

"After all the crazy shit that has happened Pinkamena...I wonder if Arachnid knew something about it all" Equinox said. "Sadly I can't find his soul to talk to him...it's not in the stuffed body in the basement" He said as he sighed. "The one time I needed him alive and he isn't...funny really" He said smiling

Equinox was only outside at the moment sighing. "If only I could find your soul...that would have been so much easier...but your body is missing the soul because you got rid of it" Equinox muttered. "Because of you and various other ponies... crazy shit has been happening" He said

In this character A(me), is the son of Detective Josephine and is currently working as one of the town guard - developed after the fall of the walls around the city, to protect the citizens from the Monsters that prowl at night and hide by day. He also wants to find the people who took his mother from him and left her to rot in some guys basement. When he's in danger Character B(you) saves him from most certain death.
