      Well, i thinks its that they think of the time before you were born as a full year, between the sperm forming, and the time the baby is actually delivered, but im not completely sure.

      Well, it depends, there is only one birthday, but there are an 'x' amount of celebrations of it. The first birthday is when you are delivered, the second birthday is your first celebration of it.
