King's post in How to change member title? was marked as the answer
Hi there @, as Datte said, only donors or subscribers have the ability to change their member title at will. For a full list of the perks for donating, see this faq, it should put it into more detail for you.

King's post in Does opting into In-Site ads count as becoming a Donor? was marked as the answer
Hi there @, opting into ads doesn't count as being a donator sorry. All it means is that the site will earn a small revenue for the amount of people who visit each day due to ad space. To become a donator, you must choose to send money yourself.
For more info, read these faqs.

King's post in How to credit an artist for a vector I'm using to make a banner for the forum? was marked as the answer
These two posts best sum up the answer for this question. Currently there is no way to credit artists of images in banners for their work that doesn't involve placing text on the banner itself, which can take away from the banners aesthetics.
The best thing I can suggest is to open a topic in the Feedback and Suggestions sub forum to suggest a way to credit artists in a similar fashion as is done with creators of each banner.

King's post in Frequent Connection Time-outs was marked as the answer
Hey guys, it was yet another DDos attack on the site. Feld0's sorting things out, but it seems someone doesn't like us. Either way, they will give up eventually.

Hi there @@Izzle, banner submissions are done by sending a PM to @@Artemis and @@~Chaotic Discord~. They will then take your banner into consideration when putting up the next one. If you would like to, you can read the FAQ entry on this for more details.

King's post in My fanfic still hasn't been fixed of its problem (some chapters eaten) was marked as the answer
I got a reply out of Feld0 in regards to the situation at hand. the lack of reply is due to the techies not completing recovery of the data as of this point in time. Please keep in mind that your request hasn't been thrown under the rug, it's simply that a fair amount of data recovery needs to take place with all the lost data.
It's just a matter of time
[9:31:23 PM] Dawn Rider: Alrighty, so its just a matter of a time ? [9:31:27 PM] Feld0 | Poniverse.net: Yes. Since you've emailed the techies about the situation, I'll lock this topic up after you've responded, acknowledging you understand whats going on, and if you have any other questions -

King's post in Cancelling subscriptions was marked as the answer
Send a PM to Feld0 and he should be able to assist you, since he's the only one who handles financing. However, if you go through paypal, I believe you can cancel it through paypal's website.
-
King's post in Are banned members who were subscribed still...subscribers? was marked as the answer
With the way paypal works, the member needs to cancel the subscription themselves. We can't actually do anything, its all on their end. Its actually quite a common thing when it comes to subscriptions over paypal.

King's post in Average support ticket response time? was marked as the answer
It depends on the severity and difficulty of the ticket. If its not a serious issue in comparison to another issue, then that issue will generally be fixed first. And if the issue you brought up is a complicated one, then it will generally take more time anyways.
Its just a matter of patience. Your ticket hasn't been forgotten about,

King's post in Newly added friend not showing up on my friends list was marked as the answer
Indeed, removing her from your friends list then re-adding her may solve the issue.
Also check to see if she needs to accept the friends request first as that could also be the case.
If neither of those work, then a support ticket may be required.

King's post in How do I mention someone in a post was marked as the answer
There are two ways you can do this...select a piece of someones text in a post and a pop up box will appear with the option to mention. Simply select that option and it will automatically mention someone for you
Or you can type it manually, which is simply this...
@[ member='ChikoritaBrony' ] With no spaces between the brackets and the characters..
