    Some people say that Pinkie was overacting, but if you listen to the "Smile" song, it literally says she can't survive if she doesn't get a smile from everyone. So, what would happen if all her best friends ditched doing her favorite thing and Spike told her that all her friends were avoiding her?

    We had some creepy stuff in this one. Fake blood, owl head turns. Why was Spike so nervous about being late to wake up? Does Twlight beat him?

    I love episodes like these that gives the mane 6 more background to their characters and helps us follow along better. it even tells us how equestrian was founded!

    A Fluttershy episode, a trolleista episode, and a pretty funny one. Pinkie Pie randomly smashes her head into a pie..... I also love the chase scene, with it's awesome music and hilariousness.

    I know the animators thought they were playing on Rainbow Dash's loyal side when she joined the buffalo, but it really seemed like the opposite because she abandoned her friends. Another awesome thing about this episode was the whole "tree" thing. Huffy the Magic Dragon?

    I can definitely relate to Twlight and Pinkie pie for not wanting Twlight to spill the secrets. I have a friend who constantly goes behind my back and I feel I can never trust her.

    I really didn't like Rariety in the episode, who just tries to whine to get her way. I underdtand how it might show that who you think is weak in the end is strong, but this deems like it's teaching kids to whine to get their way. + =

    The CMC song in this episode was awesome!!! It also basically tells you what their cutie marks are though, even though I kinda like that. Knowing what their special talents are is a little refreshing because they fail at everything else...

    I just realized this as I was reading the forum! It's my favorite episode! I thought I didn't have one! I quote the "exploded" thing constantly without my friends noticing. Celestia falls out of the sky. Twlight turns into rapidash. It's a Pinkie Pie episode. It has a very great message to it.

    Fangasumm! I adore the HitchHickers Guide to the Galaxy!! Or, the Eggheads Guide to Running... So Twlight is the meaning of life? NOTE: I would not have known the Hitchiker's Guide unless MLP came along. I got curious, researched her number, read the book, and now I go - WOW. Thank you MLP!!!

    This is really weird to me, because Scootaloo and Sweetie Bell say that they thought they were the only two fillies without a cutie mark, but in the pilot episode they were all hiding under a table together....

    Winter Wrap is the first real song, or multiple voice song, because Giggle at the Ghosties was pretty good too. it just proves even more that mlp is freakin' awesome!!!

    Well, honestly, I think Pinkie is a little to blame. 20% to blame, if you will. She could have easily had time to explain to her friends just what she was doing, but her friends should have at least asked why she was trying to get all those instruments.

    Ah. Flutterguy. you will be beloved and missed. Rest in Piece. Love how Zecora can only rhyme when she talks, makes the dialogue even more challenging to write.
