That’s another think I’m not getting: He thinks Spongebob, Chowder, and Eek! are... “arty”?
I mean I would call them art, but I consider anything that is a product of human creativity to be art. And the VISUAL style is absolutely gorgeous.
But he lumps them together with Over the Garden Wall, which is DEFINITELY more on the highbrow “arty” side.

I kind of want to ask for more context on that one. Like, what’s the logic? But I get the impression it would likely just confuse me more.
Yeah, he kind of sounds obnoxious. You really attract some weirdos, my dude.
I mean I definitely love me some “arty” and “deep” stuff once in a while, but not because I use it as evidence for my VAST INTELLIGENCE (/sarcasm). Nor do I think people don’t like it “just don’t get it, maaan...”
