Perhaps you should indulge him by getting the hell out of there and leaving him high and dry, if possible. That environment isn't healthy for you or your brothers, I'm sure.
i would if i could afford it. i tried moving out once before but it ended up too expensive and i couldn't pay rent anymore so i had to move back in... :c
