My mind is racing always. believe me I'm working on myself. but I've just always been this way for so long. now it's just way worse. I'm 19 ffs. never really loved anyone besides one girl which just ignored that fact for so long.

A lot of people don't find love for a long time, don't worry about it ^^

I feel ya. You're just going to have to keep putting up with it though. In the end it'll be worth it and you'll certainly feel a lot better. I'd say wait till you're around 21 or 22 to worry about that stuff again.
