Today marks the first of three days at the small and simple San Diego Comic Fest, having returned back to its old home at the Town and Country Hotel and Convention center.  Most of the morning was spent doing some random drawing, but I was able to attend a few panels.  Examples include
    1) Two Back-to-back panels involving Frankenstein(Including Previews and One Shot Specials)
    2) A Spotlight on Lalo Alcaraz: A CArtoonist who's known for his political artwork, as well as his contributions on Disney and Pixar's Coco
    3) John Semper: A writer from SPider-man the Animated Series and is also working on DC's Cyborg
    4) The whole Comics-to-CArtoons panel, which also talk about Spider-Man and the X-MEn, as well as why Comics and Cartoons are two different beasts.
Before my day ended, I wound up helping an elderly lady by opening a door for her.  She thanked me, and I later found out she was Sara Karloff, daughter of Boris Karloff.

Tomorrow is day 2, and there's an important panel at 10AM.

Last month, I didn't catch the Season premier of MLP: School Daze.(Well I did on the way up north)  The reason: I spent most of the day at Anaheim for the 2018 Wondercon.
THe plan there was to watch a movie called Batman Ninja.  The review is at
IT was a really fun Batman Movie and one of my personal favorites.  The movie featured voice actors like Roger Craig Smith, Will Friedle, Tara Strong, Fred Tatasciore, Yuri Lowenthal, Adam Croasdell, Grey Griffin, ERic Bauza, Tom Kenny and Tony Hale.  THe movie will come out on digital later this month and on physical next month.  Do yourselves a favor and go check it out if you're a fan of Batman.

Other than that, I toured the Convention halls and I was able to reunite with Power Rangers actor David Yost(Got him to sign a Justice League/Power RAngers comic, putting his name alongside Walter Jones, Jason David Frank and Kevin Conroy(Voice of Batman).  Before departing, I also spent some time buying a birthday present for a co-worker of mine: A Funko Pop Black Panther figure.  And before leaving, I managed to meet up with Sergio Aragones, and I got to buy his Groo comics from him.  And while he's a legendary comic artist, he's not one who uses digital mediums for his art(As someone who's done both Digital and Physical, I respect his decision).

Other than what I mentioned, most of my purchases involved Art Supplies(A new ARt Book, a set of Wax Blenders and some Soft Pastels) and a IDW SOnic the HEdgehog Comic.

Tomorrow, I'm heading to the Town and Country Hotel and Convention Center for the annual San Diego Comic Fest: An Oldskool Comic Con that's more subtle compared to the big one.

For those of you who don't follow Hasbro's other well-known IP the Transformers, it's a show about heroic Autobots battling against the evil Decepticons.  They possess the ability to transform into vehicles, weapons and beasts.  In this series, Starscream usually serve as Megatron's second-in-command, only to plot to overthrow his master and become the Leader of the Decepticons(This usually results in him getting the tables turned on by Megatron).
However, during my day, I though "What if Starscream existed in the Equestria Girls universe not as Megatron's second-in-command, but as a student of Canterlot High?
Description: Starscream is a male human with Black shaggy hair and grey skin with a small goatee on the bottom of his chin..  His clothes includes a Red Jacket with White Sleeves, a Black and Yellow Shirt, Blue Pants and Black Boots.
During Sunset Shimmer's days as the number one bully of Canterlot High, Starscream served as her second-in-command.  But one day, Starscream tried to overthrow her and become Canterlot High's number one bully.  IT backfired when Snips and Snails caught him off guard and he was ejected from the group.  Since then, he vowed revenge against Sunset Shimmer, only to have it taken away by the Twilight Sparkle of Equestria.
During the events of Rainbow Rocks, Starscream was jealous of Sunset's rejection by the other students of Canterlot High, accusing her of claiming all the glory for herself.  Sunset wrote off Starscream as delusional as did the rest of her new friends.  After Sunset Shimmer help defeat the Dazzlings and regained the trust of the school, Starscream took it upon himself to start building himself up as the number one bully of Canterlot High, though he came close to losing it due to the events of Forgotten Friendship.
As he rose to power as the number one bully of Canterlot High, Starscream intimidated most students with fear even more so than what Sunset once did.  Many students are too afraid to report Starscream to Principal Celestia or Vice Principal Luna.  The seeker's spread of doubt across the students has given him a power even more so than Sunset Shimmer.  He now focuses his goal on humiliating Sunset Shimmer for revenge, and going as far as to take over all of Canterlot high.  The two that Starscream enjoys intimidating are Snips and Snails.
IT is also revealed that Starscream has a rivalry in sports with Rainbow Dash.  The seeker always enjoys a good physical challenge and does whatever he takes to annoy the young Wondercolt.  Usually, this results in a heated contest between the two.  Sometimes Rainbow Dash prevails, and sometimes Starscream wins out.
An ideal voice actor for this character would obviously go to Steve Blum, who previously voiced Starscream on Transformers Prime and Transfomers: Robots in Disguise.

    HEre's how the dream went.

It started with Sunset Shimmer falling behind on her grades, and she begins to panic.  Under my avatar Danged Spell, I volunteer to tutor her in getting another A and redeeming herself in the eyes of the teachers at school.  But one day on the big test, something goes wrong and Sunset turns into her Demon form for no reason.  She even struggles to get control.  Twilight and her friends were able to break her loose.  But the school board demands that Sunset Shimmer be expelled, unless the Principal were to lose her job.  This causes Sunset to return back to Equestria in tears.
As the Twilight of Earth and the others ponder a world without Sunset, I learn who was behind it: Cozy Glow: Super Intendent Neighsay's daughter and student of Canterlot High.  I try to help her, but she loses control and fires some sort of magical beam right at Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna, turning them into Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon.  They go at each other like hate was in their eyes.
Without a second thought, Earth's Twilight contacted Sunset and convinced her to return to save the Principals.  Meanwhile, I try to comfort Cozy Glow and get her to stop attacking other uncontrollably.  When Sunset returns, she is overpowered by both corrupted principals, with the students and teachers of both Canterlot High and Crystal Prep getting battered down.  It takes Sunset and her friends all their magic to save both Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna from their nightmares.
But as everyone celebrated, Super Intendent Neighsay came by, furious by the damage both Celestia and Luna did, and even more furious that Students and Teachers of both Canterlot High and Crystal prep got involved.  By his and the School Board's orders, every student(Including myself) of Canterlot High and Crystal Prep were expelled from the school system, every facility member fired, and both schools were shut down.  I called out the Super Intendent and even pointed to the neglect he caused his daughter, even going as far as to expel her, who apparently is ashamed at her father.  But Neighsay turned the other cheek as if he had lost his will to love.
With both schools shut down, magic is now completely unchecked.

As you all know, Toys R Us will begin its Liquidation sale starting tomorrow.  With it, marks the beginning of the end of the Toys R Us exclusive My Little Pony sets.  Which means if you're looking to get the following three MLP Friendship Festival sets
Festival Foes set featuring Twilight Sparkle, Tempest Shadow and Spike(Got that)
The PRincess Parade Pack featuring Princess Celestia, Princess Luna and Princess Cadance(Got that)
And especially the expensive Friendship Festival Pony Party Pack featuring Rainbow Dash, Spitfire, Pinkie Pie, Maud Pie, Rarity, Ms. Pommel, Applejack, Big Mac, Fluttershy, DJ Pon-3, Twilight Sparkle and Derpy Hooves(And yes, I got that)
Now is the time to do so.  Because judging by what happens to a Retail-exclusive MLP Set, they normally go up in price when they go out of stock(Especially if a Derpy is involved in the set.  Derpy figures are popular.).  So if you still haven't jumped on board with these three sets, you better do so before Toys R Us closes up shop for the last time.

What I'm talking about isn't the fact that the series will end soon.  What I'm talking more of is the fact that this series has lasted a long time, yet a number of long time favorite cartoons are ether ending, or will be ending soon.  And not just the ones that showed up on the Hub  or Discovery Family like Transformers Prime, Transformers: Rescue Bots, Pound Puppies, Littlest Pet Shop or Dan Vs. But also cartoons from other channels like...
    Adventure Time(Will conclude this year)
    Regular Show
    Generator Rex
    Kung-Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness
    Looney Tunes Show
    Teenage Mutant NInja Turtles 2012
    Gravity Falls
    Legend of Korra
    Wander over Yonder
    Star Wars Rebels
    Justice League: Action

Granted, there are some shows that are still sticking around(Steven Universe and the new Mickey Mouse), have come back from cancellation(Young Justice) or is already new to the series(Ducktales).  And yet, even if you don't count that My Little Pony will end next year, it still feels depressing to see it as one of the few shows left on TV.  There are many who see this as a good thing.  That My Little Pony has come a long way.  But sometimes, it feels like a bad thing to know that your favorite show has lasted this long, and yet it feels empty because other shows are gone.  Many that I enjoyed.  Some I wish went on longer.
But regardless, it's still sad to see My Little Pony as one of the few shows left on TV that has lasted this long since the beginning of the decade.  Even if it is sad to see it go, it's more depressing to see it alone where other shows have ended.  Even if I end up loving the final seasons.  Maybe that's just the "All together" in me.

Recently, something popped into my head in terms of a "What if MLP G4 came back years later?"  The idea that I had focused more on two of its characters: Starlight Glimmer and Trixie.
The concept puts them more as a comedy duo like Laurel and Hardy, Abbott and Costello, Pinky and the Brain, Cuphead and Mugman, or even Bulk and Skull of Power Rangers.  The focus is more on the adventures of the unicorn duo and the dangers they would have to put up with, featuring all new villains, plus familiar foes like...
    The Flim Flam Brothers
    Garble the Dragon
    Iron Will
    Svengallop
    Spoiled Rich/Milk
    Gladmane
Maybe bring in the Pony counterpart of Abacus Cinch.
The musical themes would be a nod to Jazz music of the 30s and 40s.  Even more so, the voice cast would reprise their respective roles(Ex: Kelly Sheridan for Starlight, Kathleen Barr as Trixie, and Iris Quinn for Abacus Cinch)

What do you all think of this idea as a spin-off of MLP:FiM?
  8. SaburoDaimando
I have an episode idea that came into my head all of sudden.  And you can thank the Season 2 episode: Putting your Hoof Down, plus the Season 7 episode: Once Upon a Zeppelin.
The episode idea involves Iron Will taking up an Alex Jones-like role, sending out lies to the good folks of Equestria on how much of a tyrant Princess Celestia is.  Most of the ponies end up believing the lies and it causes a commotion for Princess Celestia.  Iron Will then scams her into buying a self-help book on being more courteous.  And while it made Celestia friendlier, it also made her more of a shirking violet, which caused alot of concern for her allies(Ember, PRince Rutherford, Thorax and Novo) as well as Twilight Sparkle, Starlight Glimmer, and Pinkie Pie.
The tipping point is reached when Iron Will does a report showcasing on how weak Celestia really is, and even rubs it in on the number of times she was beaten by the likes of Tempest Shadow, Queen Chrysalis and even Lord Tirek.  This causes Celestia to break down crying over her failures.  While Twilight and Starlight go to comfort Celestia, Pinkie Pie pulls a Bugs Bunny and tricks Iron Will into saying some really stupid things on air.  This makes him the joke of Equestria, and it's all topped off when he falls into one of Celestia's over-complicated traps to further the humiliation.
It's just something that just popped in my head, recently.  What do you all think?

Now folks, I'm doing a poll based on villains.  Mainly My Little Pony.  But you'll find that I put in a 3rd villain from the Star Wars franchise just for fun.  Anyway, here are our entries.
    1) The Pony of Shadows: While his form was indeed scary, he was rarely used and didn't do a whole lot to the Mane 6 or the Pillar 6 in Present time.  Some say he had as much screen time as Nightmare Moon during the Series Premier: Friendship is Magic Part 1 and 2.  In the end, he was banished back to the void, but without Stygian.
    2) The Storm King: We barely saw this guy in the early part of the film.  He doesn't show up till way later, and he is not as powerful as many other villains like Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis and Tirek.  He ultimately double crossed his second-in-command Tempest Shadow, only to meet his end courtesy of an Obsidian Orb meant for Twilight.
    3) Supreme Leader Snoke: The Star Wars villain.  He was brutal and intimidating.  And while he did torment Rey, he was brought down by his student Kylo Ren, who slashed him in half just so he could take over the First Order.
So out of these three: Who came out ahead?  Vote and find out.

As you are aware, this year is the 35th Anniversary of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  But what's really surprising is that there will be tons of content coming out when it comes to the franchise.  So far, it's confirmed that one of the Equestria Girls Youtube specials will be due out next month based on the "Friendship to Remember" book.  But it doesn't look like Hasbro is gonna slow down, especially with the 2017 Movie out on DVD and Blu-Ray.  We know Season 8 is going to be Yuge, I mean Huge with the Friendship School as the theme, not to mention the return of Queen Chrysalis as well as another familiar foe.
But it seems we're not gonna end there.  There's going to be more Equestria Girls specials this year following the Friendship to Remember adaption.  And there's rumors of a
But if you ask me, it seems Hasbro and the gang are pulling out all the stops for the big 35th Anniversary of My Little Pony.  Never have I seen so much content come out involving this franchise.  I feel as if this will be the BIGGEST year of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  And when the year is over, I'm most likely to welcome the hiatus and take a good long break.
As for me and my artwork, I am going to double down on it.  So far, I have released two drawings: One of Trixie and one of Starlight Glimmer.  A future drawing idea would include Starlight and Trixie enjoying some time in a hot tea bath, with a future Lord Tirek drawing I may consider.  Question is: What to put Tirek in?

As you all are aware, it seems this generation of My Little Pony is about to come to an end, with a new generation coming in 2020(Wish the Simpsons and Family Guy did the same thing).  But that being said, I had my own idea for a My Little Pony reboot.  I call it "My Little Pony: Orphans of Equestria."
The series would be much darker than Friendship is MAgic, with a color scheme inspired by Steven Universe.  Also
Backstory: Equestria.  A place where Ponies of all sorts trot and gallop their way through.  A place made of Magitek.  Magic-based Technology.  But under all that happiness lies a system rotten to the core.  Once Equestria had Princesses and a Parliament that ruled with a kind spirit.  It is now ruled by Chancellor Abacus Cinch, with an Iron Hoof.  The whole world now lives in a facade of harmony, with non-Pony species being rounded up into slave camps.

Note: With the exception of Nicole Oliver and Iris Quinn, every Pony will be recast in terms of Voice Actress
Celestia Del Sol(Ideal Voice Actress: Nicole Oliver): The Main protagonist of the story.  Long ago, Celestia and her sister Luna were cast out from Equestrian Leadership by Abacus Cinch.  Since then, she has dedicated her time as caretaker of orphan ponies, with her assistant Sunset Shimmer at her side.  But deep on the inside, she is building up a rebellion to save her own kingdom from Cinch.  Since then, she has been on the look out for her sister Luna Della Notte
Sunset Shimmer(Ideal Voice Actress: Will be recasted.  Some ideal actresses include Britt McKilip, Chiara Zanni, and Sophia Ewaniuk) The assistant to Celestia.  Long ago, Sunset Shimmer lost her parents to a horrible house fire, and has been adopted by Celestia as a surrogate daughter.  She sees the world as a cruel a bitter place, all while Celestia tries to reassure her that it's far from it.
Abacus Cinch(Ideal Voice Actress: Iris Quinn): Chancellor of Equestria, now its sole ruler.  She overthrew Celestia and Luna to become the ruler of Equestria, even going as far as to abolish the Parliament.  Her dream is to create a world where only the strongest Ponies rule, and everyone else is used only for mining out all the resources of the entire planet.  A cold and cruel leader, she stops at nothing to gain what she wants.
Twilight Sparkle(Ideal Voice Actress: Will be recasted): An orphan unicorn child.  She is seen by Sunset Shimmer as more of a younger sister.  It is said that she is one of the six children of Harmony that serves as the means of protecting the innocent from evil(Take a wild guess who the other five are).  She is more upbeat and full of life compared to Sunset.
Starlight Glimmer(Ideal Voice Actress: Will also be recasted): Another orphan unicorn child, and the younger sister of Twilight Sparkle.  She was traumatized to the loss of her own parents and has trouble readjusting her life.  Sunset and Twilight do what they can to help out their younger sister.
Tempest Shadow(Ideal Voice Actress: Ashleigh Ball): The number one soldier of Abacus Cinch, and the leader of Cinch's Templars(Basically a form of a Secret Police).  She is as ruthless as her master, and will stop at nothing when it comes to enforcing her rule of law.
Diamond Tiara: In the original, she was the spoiled rich alpha bitch of Spoiled Milk and Filthy Rich.  This time, she is the daughter of Abacus Cinch.  Unlike her previous counterpart, Diamond Tiara is more of a Spoiled Sweet teen who wants to see the beauty of the world, only for her mother to keep her isolated from the rest of the world.  She dreams of breaking out of her only home so that she may see the world.  Little does she know, she plays a part in the rebellion against her mother.
Discord(Ideal Voice Actor: Scott McNeil or Vic Mignogna): The Guardian of the Everfree Forest, Spirit of Chaos, and a long time friend of Celestia.  He is also the surrogate father of Fluttershy, a timid pegasus who's afraid of stepping out of the forest.
Nightmare Moon: A Dark entity who was defeated long ago by Celestia and Luna.  Since her defeat, her physical form was split into a number of artifacts that contained a small portion of her power. It is said that Cinch is fusing these artifacts into Luna Della Notte to create a new Nightmare Moon.
One important change is that Canterlot is no longer the capital of Equestria.  This time, it's Maretropolis, a giant Magitek Mega City bustling with Pony activity.  CAnterlot and Ponyville returns, but serve as smaller cities this time around.

What are your thoughts on my idea?  What would you add to make this appealing?
  12. SaburoDaimando
For those of you who wonder what Woobie means, it's where the audience feels sorry for the character.  In my mind, it seems My Little Pony is filled to the brim of Woobies.  Characters that always seem to put in a horrible situation where the audience can't help, but cry for them.
Each of the Mane 6 and Spike has had their own experiences as Woobies.
Twilight due to her own Superiority complex and her original lack of social skills.  Even after becoming an Alicorn, she had her own disappointments in her status as a princess.  Her Equestria Girls counterpart got it even worse due to her own past as Midnight Sparkle and her own personal fear of becoming a demon again.
Applejack due to her stress of working, the loss of her parents, and in some cases, the fear of losing Apple BLoom
Fluttershy an obvious example because of her scared status, especially early in the season.  This is especially true of Hurricane Fluttershy, due to her own traumatic past.
Pinkie Pie's an even more obvious form, especially where she grew up on, her Pinkamena counterpart when she's really depressed, and it rang true in Pinkie Pride, when she feared she was going to be replaced
Rarity is usually an over-the-top Woobie.  She puts all her hard work into what she does and she takes it seriously.  Fame and Misfortune showcases when Rarity is ostracized for dumb reasons, and she turns into a complete mess
Rainbow Dash gets it worse, especially during her journey to become a Wonderbolt, when she is normally left out, the fact that she was teased as a filly, and the fact that she nearly lost her status as a Wonderbolt in Rarity Investigates.
Spike also gets this as well.  Though he has been through alot, he has taken it alot as well.  From episodes like Owl's Well that Ends Well, the Crystal Empire Part 2, and even the Power Ponies really showcase the more depressing side of the dragon.  He even fears of being ousted from his only family(As showcased in Crystal Empire Part 2)
The Cutie Mark Crusaders(Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo) underwent this during their quest to get their cutie marks.  The worst that all three went through was Ponyville Confidential, where their status as Gabby Gums made them shunned by the entire town, and ridiculed by Diamond Tiara for not getting enough juicy gossip, to the point where they had to trick Diamond into printing an apology into the newspaper for what they've done.  But outside that, they have had their own problems as well.  Especially Scootaloo with her lack of an ability to fly.
Surprisingly, Diamond Tiara was pushed down this path because of wanting to be like her mother Spoiled Milk, only to be emotionally abused by her.
Starlight Glimmer also counts as one, especially coming from a former villain.  Her own personal anxieties often control her own emotions, and she's quick to breaking down.  Examples include the Crystalling, No Second Prances, A Royal Problem and Uncommon Bond.  With Haber hinting at a troubled fillyhood(Starlight as a Latch-Key Kid and a theory that she might have been bullied), is it any wonder that Starlight is lucky to have friends like Twilight?
Sunset Shimmer also went down this path.  Shunned in Rainbow Rocks for what she did in the first Equestria Girls movie, uncomfortable around her new friends, and afraid of becoming the monster she was.  It was played even further with Friendship Games, when her lack of magic understanding caused her to have an emotional breakdown.
Discord, another former villain, also went down due to being distrusted by most of his new friends.  He usually hid this with his usual banter.  But Twilight's Kingdom made Discord realize that Friendship is something worth fighting for.  He got hit with this even further with Discordant Harmony, when his attempt to reign in his chaotic side nearly cost him his life.
Trixie as well.  After her humiliation in Boast Busters where she became the laughing stock of Equestria, she went down the path of evil out of a desire for revenge.  She did reform, but No Second Prances showcases that she still desired to top Twilight Sparkle, and when it blew up in her face, it broke her even further.  It took Starlight to mend everything and become a good friend to Trixie.
Even the Princesses went through this as well.
Princess Cadence nearly missed out on her own wedding.  And not only that, it almost cost Equestria its own freedom.  It took alot of tears and toil to fight to stop the wedding, and a last minute Light in the Darkest Hour to save Equestria and save the wedding
Princess Luna due to her past as Nightmare Moon.  While the people of Equestria forgave her, she didn't forgive herself and went through a lot in Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sleep, to the point where she nearly wrecked Equestria through an accident.  Even in A Royal PRoblem, it seems she still suffers through her own nightmares.
And even Princess Celestia has her own issues.  Having been separated from Princess Luna for a thousand years nearly took a toll on her mental state.  Even after reclaiming her sister, it seems her life as the Prime Princess of Equestria has worn her out every day, as demonstrated in A Royal Problem.  Even someone as magnificent as Princess Celestia has her own down days, to live up to the expectations of her subjects.  The fact that she also has an evil, more destructive, side really drives her point home.

Those are just some of the examples of My Little Pony characters hit with the Woobie Status.  In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if one of the remaining villains were also hit with this(Ex: Lord Tirek with his bitterness towards his brother Scorpan) to the point where the audience actually "Cries for the Devil."

What are your thoughts on My Little Pony characters being Woobies?  Do you think it adds to the franchise?  Or does it make it too depressing?
  13. SaburoDaimando
For today only, me and my dad went up to Anaheim to check out Equestria LA.  The reason why I went up there was for one reason: Pacific Ponycon was having the Winter off, and I figured I check out a Pony convention while waiting for Comic-Con to come back(Speaking of which, I have my pass for Comic-Con 2018 reserved.  So I am ready)
First off, I went over to the Autograph panel to meet Chiara Zanni, voice of Daring Do.  I also reunited with Vincent Tong and Tara Strong.  They all enjoyed my artwork that I gave them.  But Tara thought that one piece of art I did was done on canvas and scanned onto the computer.  It wasn't.  All of my work was done in Artrage 5.   Later tomorrow, I will show off my Equestria LA artwork.
On a side note: I showed Tara a SFM Video I did of Lord Tirek stealing candy from Flurry Heart.  She thought it was cute.
After a small break, I went back to Autographs to meet up with Jim Miller.  Besides giving him some of my art, I also talked with him about the Nintendo Switch(Which he owns) and some games to check out(Ex: Doom, Skyrim, Steamworld Dig 2 and Sonic Mania).  And I got him to try to give me a wet willy.  XP
I did manage to get into the exhibit hall at some point.  There, I reunited with Andy Price and got to comission him to draw my two Original Characters Wanda Young and Abigail Albright.  And I got to say: He did a great job with them.  I'll show them off sometime down the line.
And I finally did some panel watching with my dad.  First, it was near the end of another panel involving Storyboards.  There were some talking about fan art, and the use of fair use, that it's okay to sell some of your pony art if you're not competing with Hasbro, considering in some ways, they're light on this.  I was able to show them my 2 characters Wanda and Abigail just to show them what I can do with OCs(That are not Pony-Related)
And then the main event: Pony Mad Libs.  Early ago, I donated a dollar and a noun for the Mad Libs panel: BATMAN!  And sure enough, Tara Strong got a chance to say Batman, much to my delight.  But....some fool also threw in 2 nouns: Princess Sunbutt.  This lead to the idea of Batman switching PRincess Sunbutt's cutie mark.  (Where's Nicole Oliver when you need her?)
I was able to ask a question to the panels(But not before pretending to be in a fast food joint by saying "Yes, I Would like the double hay burger topped with szechuan sauce. XP)  What was it like to had your voice with June Foray?  Sure enough, Tara did meet June Foray in person, when the late actress got her award.(Fun FacT: I've seen the late June Foray in person at Comic-Con 2009.  RIP June)
Finally, it was back to the Autographs for one more round.  Except this time, the lines were long, and I was sweating it out.  I needed to also leave for home because my mom was gonna hace dinner with some friends of hers.  But at the last moment, my dad was able to help me out.  Turns out, I should have pointed out my special needs status(I have Autism), considering that I get anxious in lines.  As a result, I was able to meet up with three more guests.
    1) Gabriel Brown: He also liked my artwork of his character in a nod to Michael Jackson's Leave Me ALone.  It's also something I suggested to him with Michelle Creber
    2) Andrea Libman: Finally.  As with the others, I gave her a copy of my art: This time of Fluttershy as a Jedi yelling "EAT LIGHTSABER, JERK!"  I almost forgot my autograph from her.  DOH!  But I did give her a flash drive containing music that I enjoy, mainly so she could enjoy it(Plus some PC/Mac games).
    3) Lauren Faust: The first person invoived with MLP:FiM that I met back at Wondercon 2012.  She enjoyed the designs of my characters(And the drawing I did of Twilight and Starlight).  We got a picture op together.  But I did ask her questions
a: Why not have the title of Prime for Celestia and Luna:  Her answer: Too Sci-Fi
b: Why isn't Pinkie Pie a bit more like Bugs Bunny?  Her Answer:  Because we already have a Bugs Bunny.  XP

Anyway, that's out of the way.  Besides autographs, I did buy a Starstruck Plushie.
TWo notes before I close this.
Note 1: It's really sad that this is Equestria LA's final year.  Which means this was my only experience at Equestria LA.  And minus the waiting in line at the Autographs, I did enjoy myself and have a fun time.
Note 2: As of now, I am DONE With Conventions for the rest of this year.  I have done Pacific Ponycon, San Diego Comic Fest, Anaheim Wondercon, San Diego Comic-Con and Equestria LA.  I started this year with a Pony Convention and I ended it with a Pony Convention.  For now, I must rest till March, when Wondercon returns to Anaheim, and then San Diego Comic Fest.

A while ago this month, I posted my idea of an MLP Movie about Celestia and Luna going to war against the Timeless Empire with a number of allies(Some from the first movie).  But I have changed things for my idea.
First off, Starlight does not get hit by a poison orb of some sort.  Instead, she serves two things
    1) As Twilight is still not with Celestia, Starlight serves to help comfort her mentor's mentor through these hard times, even going as far as to heal Celestia when she suffers a wing injury.
    2) She ends up showing the Empress why its wrong to hold onto the past, at Celestia's request.  In fact, Starlight uses her own past as a dictator to showcase the wrongdoings on this.
    3) She takes a blow for the Empress, only for the latter to revitalize the former with the waters of eternity, showcasing her own fear of seeing life be taken away.

In fact, the Empress Eternia is unwilling to want to let others die.  To her, Death is something she fears.  She kept her subjects alive and healthy, wanting them to live as long as time itself.  However, one thousand years of this ideology has had a terrible toll on her psyche.  She believes that all life needs to be preserved, no matter the consequences.

ANd yes, I'm keeping the idea of the Empress being Celestia and Luna's birth mother.

At the climax, the Empress teams up with Celestia and Luna to fight her own vizier, who has become powerful enough to wipe out all life from Equestria.  This forces the three alicorns to abandon their "All life is sacred" principle and attempt to destroy the vizier(Formerly the adviser).  But the vizier is too powerful for everyone.  As her last action, the Empress sacrifices herself to destroy the Vizier.  She succeeds, but at the cost of her life.  As she's dying, she apologizes to her daughters, and realizes that all life must come to an end, even those who have lived a long time.
After the funeral of the Empress, Princess Luna realizes that the Timeless Empire has no leader.  Knowing fully well this means being apart from her elder sister Celestia Prime, Princess Luna surrenders her title of Princess of Equestria and becomes the new Empress of the Timeless Empire, hoping to build a new future and create new generations of Timeless citizens.  Empress Luna says goodbye to Celestia Prime as she takes her place as the new Empress.  Her first act: Seal off the waters of Eternity.
The reason why I chose to change it is to have a more tearful ending instead of the more happily ever after ending.  A more harsh lesson that one day, we must all depart this world, and it's not that easy to let go.
What do you all think?  Better change to my ideal MLP Movie sequel?

I have a confession to make.
No matter how hard I try, I can not break off from MY Little Pony.  And the reasons are obvious
    1) The characters are still enjoyable.  Right now, my favorites include Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Starlight Glimmer, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Discord, Der...I mean Muffins, Rumble, and even lord Tirek.  When you have these characters, you just wanna sit down and enjoy every moment of em,
    2) I liked this season.  Why?  The main reasons include:
a ) a focus on the Ensemble Cast
b ) Rarity hamming it up
c ) a comical jab at us fans
d ) Starlight Glimmer teaming up with Celestia and Luna
e ) Discord becoming more of a sympathetic character
f ) And of course, William Shatner as Grand Pear
    3) I liked the movie.  No matter how much RT tried to knock it down, I enjoyed the movie far more than most others.  If the movie wanted to destroy my interest in the franchise, it failed to do that.

And it's not just My Little Pony that I have a hard time breaking off from.  Star Wars, a franchise that I stuck with for a long time, is also keeping me stuck as much as possible.  I thought the Prequel trilogy's conclusion would mean the end of it.  But after the Clone Wars became popular, it made me wanna stick around more, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens confirmed that I am stuck as a Warsy just as I am stuck as as Brony.  (And yes, I do play the games like The Old Republic and Galaxy of Heroes.  That's how badly stuck I am to the Galaxy Far Far Away)
So yeah.  When it comes to My Little Pony and Star Wars, I'm gonna be stuck on these franchises for who knows how long.

This is just a "Just for the heck of it" post.  I'm pitting 5 MLP villains and 5 non-MLP villains against each other.
Queen Chrysalis: Leader of the changelings.  Antagonist of A Canterlot Wedding AND To Where and Back Again.  Shapeshifter.  Possess powerful magic
Lord Tirek: Villain of Twilight's Kingdom based on his Rescue at Midnight Castle form.  Also possess powerful magic, but can also drain anyone of their magic
The Dazzlings: Adaigo Dazzle, Sonata Dusk and Aria Blaze.  Their song can turn anyone against each other, and they drain their hate to power themselves up.  Villains of Rainbow Rocks
Starlight Glimmer: A Powerful Unicorn.  Can take Cutie Marks away.  Can also alter the fabric of time.  Villain of The Cutie Map and the Cutie Remark
Midnight Sparkle: An altered form of Earth's Twilight Sparkle.  Can create portals.  Came close to destroying her own planet.  Final villain of Friendship Games
Megatron: Basically, ether his G1, Devastation, Prime, War for Cybertron or Titans Return form.  Leader of the Decepticons from the Transformers.  A powerful Warrior and a brilliant tactician.  His transformations include a Gun, a Tank and even a Jet.
The Shredder: Sworn enemy of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  Leader of the Foot Clan.  One variation of him can transform into a powerful Tengu, capable of tearing his enemies apart.  He can also become a Super Shredder when exposed to mutagen.
Ommadon: The Red Wizard from Flight of Dragons.  Utilizes a variety of dark magics, and has a dragon to call his own: Bryagh.  Cruel, violent and sadistic, Ommadon will go through any means to achieve his goals
Smaug the Dragon: A massive, powerful dragon from the Hobbit, who stole the gold of the dwarves and slayed anyone who dare opposed him.  His armor is like Shields.  His teeth like sword.  Claws like spears.  The shock of his tail a thunderbolt.  His wings are like hurricanes.  And his breath.......DEATH!
Kylo Ren: Son of Han Solo and Leia Organa from Star Wars.  Corrupted by the Dark Side.  His use of the Force is beyond even Darth Vader.  He's even capable of freezing a blaster bolt in its place.  But he often has temper tantrums.

So who would win in a 10 way fight?  Choose away.
  17. SaburoDaimando
So I finally saw the My Little Pony movie.  I actually enjoyed it.  Most likely a 4.5/5.  Not perfect, but still awesome.
But you ask: What if you were in charge of the sequel?  What would you want in it?
The ideal plot is similar to the first.  Except this time, the new foe is a concerned Alicorn Empress named Eternia.  Her goal is to conquer all lands so that her lands would be protected.  When Celestia, Luna, CAdence, and the Mane 6 went on the counter attack with the Royal Guards(As well as the former servants of the Storm King), they were completely curb-stomped, and CAnterlot is laid in ruins.  As a result, The Mane 6 and Princess Cadence are taken captive by the Empress(Save for one: Pinkie Pie) while Celestia, Luna, Starlight Glimmer, DIscord, Pinkie Pie, Capper, Tempest Shadow, Captain Celaneo and Princess Skystar made their escape to Mt Ares.
As Queen Novo gives shelter to the misplaced Ponies, Starlight was hit by a Plague Orb.  Novo placed Starlight in a healing ward to prevent the plague from getting to her, as Celestia and Luna lament the loss of Equestria to this new foe.  Starlight gets a nightmare about losing Twilight Sparkle, and even Tempest Shadow became concerned, with Pinkie Pie playing the morale chief.  Things take a turn for the worse when Mt Ares and Seaquestria are invaded, forcing everyone to evacuate.  Even Discord is no match for the Empress as her power is even greater than any creature.
It didn't take long for reinforcements to arrive in the form of Dragons, Yaks and Changelings.  They form an alliance with the Republic of Equestria(Lead by Celestia and Luna) and the Hippogryphs(Lead by Queen Novo and Princess Skystar).  The leaders of all the groups have named Princess Celestia the leader of the Equestrian Alliance Army, declaring her "Celestia Prime."  War would now begin against the Timeless Empire from the far west.  During the war...
-We see love bloom between Captain Celaneo and Capper
-As Starlight's condition worsens, she thinks long and hard about Twilight Sparkle and Sunburst.  She chose to fight alongside her fellow ponies than to die alone with all available cures destroyed.
-Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy and Rarity have escaped the clutches of the Empress, with a small resistance group.  They join in on the war
-Twilight Sparkle, still in captivity along with Cadence and Flurry Heart, learns that Empress Eternia is the mother of Celestia and Luna.  Which means they were originally from the Timeless Empire, and she's over 2000 years old.
-Even more so, it seems the Empress had her reasons to invade Equestria, besides recover her children.  She fears that the world would tear itself apart, and that it would creep into the Timeless Empire.  The irony is that they have united, and war is now within the Empire.
-Tempest Shadow is honored to fight alongside Equestria, after all she's been through serving the Storm King
-It is said that the Plague Bombs are like the Obsidian Orbs, except that it infected the user with a plague.  Even more so, the plague cannot be transferred through Air or Water.  It only affects those who were caught in the cloud.
At the Climax of the film, both sides are at a stalemate, even the EMpress is starting to weaken from endless combat.  Everyone is tired to continue fighting.  As the war began to die down, a weakened Starlight approached Eternia, asking her why is she doing this?  When the Empress responded, Starlight points out what she's been through, and that she nearly let her own selfishness destroy Equestria.  The Empress is even shocked that  a plague bomb would hit Starlight, and that it came from one of her own.   Starlight then dies in the Empress's arms, succumbing to the Plague that was eating her.  As the Empress realized what she had done, she was hit with an even more powerful Plague Bomb.  Betrayed by her own Advisor.  She apologizes to her children before also dying.
Celestia and Luna confronts the Advisor, who uses Twilight as a hostage to force everyone to give up their magic.  Reluctant, Celestia and everyone else agreed, making the advisor more powerful than anything in Equestria.  The Advisor uses the magic to bring terror and fear across the entire planet.  Even the Windigos were no match for this monster.  The Advisor's dream: Leave the planet in ruins, and become a god/goddess.
Luckily for Celestia, she had a backup plan in case that happened.  The Elements of Harmony. She gives them to Twilight and her friends, and they use them to defeat the Advisor, reducing the monster to a former shell.
But what about the recently deceased Starlight Glimmer and Empress Eternia?  Twilight was told of a cure: A Bath underneath the palace with the same waters as Seaquestria.  Celestia places her mother and Starlight in the waters.  At first, it didn't seem to work, but the waters took effect and brought Starlight and Eternia back to life.   Celestia and Luna embraced their own mother, while Twilight and Tempest gave a big hug to Starlight.
In the end, grateful for being given a second chance, Eternia has formed a treaty between the Timeless Empire and Equestria, creating a new alliance.  Celestia was to retire from the name of Prime, but the other rulers insisted on keeping it, to serve as the Prime leader of the Equestrian Alliance.  And to top it all off
Two weddings: Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst, and Capper and Celaneo.

The title would be: My Little Pony: War of the Timeless Empire.
And the voice for Empress Eternia?  Gal Gadot.

This is something I consider disturbing when it comes to musicians.    They always seem to die so young.  Why is that?  Is it some kind of curse?  This comes off the death of Tom Petty, who only lived to be 66 years old.
But he wasn't the only musician to die at 66 years old in the past few months.  Hawaiian Music fans lost a living legend: One half of the Brothers Cazimero Roland Cazimero.  He and his brother were well-known for some of the most beautiful Hawaiian Songs.  Here's an example of Roland and his brother Robert Cazimero
And if anyone asks, yes.  I have grown up on their music.  It has this kind of magic that, right now, can't be replicated anywhere else, primarily because of their voice and use of the guitar.
But this feels alot like a disturbing trend, to see a Musician die so young.  If its around the 20s-30s, then that's WAY too young.  Some of them die of drugs.  Others of more tragic events  Some examples I can bring up include...
Michael Jackson(50 years old: acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication)
    Prince(57 years old: Fentanyl Overdose)
Andy Gibb, youngest brother of the Bee Gees(30 years old: Cocaine)
Maurice Gibb of the Bee Gees( 52 years old: complications of a twisted intestine)
Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees(62 years old: Cancer)
John Lennon of the Beatles(40 years old: Murdered)
George Harrison of the Beatles(58 years old: Cancer)
Elvis Presley(42 years old: said to have been a mix of Perscription Drug Abuse and a High-Fat, High-Cholesterol died)
Janis Joplin(27 years old: Heroin Overdose)
Amy Winehouse(27 years old: Alcohol Poisoning)
Eazy-E of the N.W.A(30 years old: AIDS)
Chris Cornell(52 years old: Suicide by Hanging)
Whitney Houston(50 years old: self-drowning.  Though cocaine and heroin also contributed to her death)
Bob Marley(36 years old: Melanoma due to Toe Cancer)
Adam Yauch of the Beastie Boys(47 years old: Cancer)
Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston(22 years old: Drowning, later placed in a medical coma before dying of lobar pneumonia due to Drug Intoxication)
    Selena(23 years old: Murdered)
Marvin Gaye(44 years old: Murdered by his own father)
    Kurt Cobain(27 years old: Suicide)
Jimmi Hendrix(27 years old: Asphyxiation in his own vomit after he took sleeping pills.
Freddie Mercury of Queen(45 years old: AIDS)
    Aaliyah(22 years old: Plane Crash)
George Michael(53 years old: Heart Failure.  Died before Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds died)
Hawaiian singer Gabby Pahinui(59 years old: Heart Attack.  My dad actually knew him once.  Said to have gotten drunk many times.)
Bruddah Iz "Israel Kamakawiwo'ole"(38 years old: Obesity, heart failure, and other medical problems.  He lost his brother Skippy at 28 to similar circumstances.)

I mean, what is it about musicians that always seem to die so young, not just of drug overdoses, but also of other reasons like murder and plane crashes?  This is something that disturbs me when it comes to this kind of work.  And what causes them to go on a drug binge?  Is the stress of being a musician getting the best of them?

-I see no need to buy an XBone or a PS4 in the near future, not even their souped-up versions.
-Actually, I'm feeling like I'm losing interest in Big-boxed systems(Consoles, and in some cases, PCs)
-Thanks to the upcoming lineup coming to the Nintendo Switch, I'm now weary about all games coming out because it's becoming too much.
-On the other hand, even before the Switch announcement, I've been more into mobile/handheld gaming because of the fact that you can take it on the go.
-Indie games and smaller, more 2D games, are starting to catch my attention more than big budget 3D Games(I've enjoyed Sonic Mania and Steamworld Dig 2 on the Switch.  I also plan on getting Cuphead on PC.  But this game really needs to come to Switch)
-I like my Raspberry Pi, and the ability to play my old games
-Despite that, I have an NES Classic Edition(didn't pay scalper's prices.  XP), and I might get the SNES Classic Edition
-I'm gonna get a Win GPD this weekend because I still like the idea of your own personal computer in handheld form(Lighter to carry than a laptop)
-I'm double dipping on Doom for the Switch because I love the idea of taking Doom on the go.  And so far, from what I've heard, it's gud.
-I'm not ashamed of modding my games for more....cosmetic reasons.  XP
-We're getting closer to gaming nirvana on the go with the Switch.  I hope Microsoft and Sony follow suit.  In fact, give it the option to plug wirelessly into a TV set will suffice.
  20. SaburoDaimando
Ever wonder what a Win GPD is?  Well here's your explanation.
IT's a full-fledged PC system built into a handheld device for PC gaming on the Go, something I had hoped for earlier this decade.  Next month, I'm thinking of laying down $360 or more and buy up a Win GPD.  Later on, I also intend on getting a 128GB or higher Micro SD Card to add in additional games and/or other content(Maybe install Source filmmaker on there so I can play around with MLP characters).
For those who have this, what's your thoughts on the Win GPD?
  21. SaburoDaimando
Before I talk about Comic-Con, lemme bring something up.  Seems Jim Miller didn't appreciate me trying to talk to some of the guests on wanting to guest star on MLP.  I had to apologize to him and let him know that I didn't mean to complicate things.  I'm glad he accepted it, cuz I don't want to be in big trouble with Hasbro.  I'm just a guy who's passionate to see three actors join others like John De Lancie and William Shatner on the MLP Guest Hall of Fame.
Anyway, I only did three panels today.
First one was a tribute to the late Jack Kirby, hosted by Mark Evanier.  He talked about some of the tributes that Jack left on the Comic Book world, and one rule that he follows: Never change the original sketch of the face.  I also met the Granddaughter of Bill Finger: Athena Finger.  I got her to see one of my original characters, and she actually liked it.  Pretty neat huh?
I got to see the rest of LEGO Scooby Doo, and it's was rather typical Scooby Doo outting....with LEGOs.  I even got to see Matthew Lillard, voice of Shaggy, alongside Grey Griffin
Finally, I got to check out LEGO DC Superhero Girls.  It was alright, but a little too much on the saccharine side.
Before leaving, I was able to pick up two My Little Pony toys, and two Mega Man X: Zero toys.
Finally, I was able to test out Sonic Forces and Sonic Mania
Sonic Forces: I got to test out the Custom Character and the Flamethrower weapon.  The gameplay reminded me of a mix between Sonic and Mega Man gameplay.  Not too bad, if you ask me.  Though I kept messing up in one part of the stage.  Luckily, I had infinite lives.
Sonic Mania: Plays alot like the Genesis Sonic games.  Though the music sounds abit similar to Super NES Music(And yes, I know that Sonic came from the SEGA Genesis).  Note: On the boss fight, do not take too long, or you will be backed over a cliff.
Anyway, that's it for Comic-Con.  And as exciting as it was, it was also overwhelming.  Too many people in line, too many crowds, too many events running at the same time.  One day, I may retire from Comic-Con, never to step foot in the convention again.  When that day comes, I will miss going there.  But at least, I have other conventions to go to here in San Diego.
  22. SaburoDaimando
Today was more of an interesting day.  But what I will talk about are 3 people I reunited with that I want to see guest star on My Little Pony.
The first is Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman.  I enjoyed his recent work on Batman and Harley Quinn, which I talked about in my last entry.  I let him know that I would love for him to guest star on My Little Pony, and even brought up Tara Strong as one of the actresses.
The second is Water Jones, known as Zack Taylor the Original Black Mighty Morphin Power Ranger.  And I was able to let him know that I would like to have him guest star on My Little Pony.
And finally, the third is none other than the legendary Jason David Frank, known to all as Tommy Oliver the Original Green Mighty Morphin Power Ranger.  I brought up two guest stars that came onto the series(John De Lancie and William Shatner).  And fun fact: He's in another Hasbro project: Transformers Titans Return as Emissary alongside Peter Cullen(Optimus Prime) and Judd Nelson(Hot Rod)
    As for the panels...
The first is Quick Draw.  This is a panel where Mark Evanier hires artists to draw something random for the audience to enjoy from Mad Magazine's Sergio Aragones and Oddball Comic artist Scott Shaw.  When voice actor Phil Lamar came up to play a little game, the ARtists decided to troll him by drawing random drawings just for fun.  It was hillarious.
In the same room, Mark Evanier also hosted his annual Cartoon Voices panel.  This is where voice actors like Richard Steven Horwitz and Jeff Bergman test their skills out on what they are capable of to the audience, and when they get to do a cold reading of a random script.  And if you ask me, it's the mess-ups that make the panel more fun.

Later that day, I was FINALLY able to play Super Mario Odyssey.  It was a 10  minute session, but it was alot of fun exploring New Donk City.  Some parts of the game reminded me of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, where it encourages you to explore and locate any moons you can find.  I managed to find 6 Moons in my session before it expired.

And the final panel was the panel about Bronies.  They talked about the fandom, and the conventions they hold, from Equestria LA, to EVerfree Northwest, to BronyCAN and Pacific Ponycon.  I made a confession that I was able to get the three actors I mentioned early ago interested in guest starring on My Little Pony(Kevin Conroy, Walter Jones and JAson David Frank).  I even let the writer of Equestria Daily know about this and gave him a tweet about the three.

Anyway, my only purchase for the day, besides the three autographs, is the only Hasbro Item I bought: A Star Wars set consisting of Luke Skywalker and Rey from the upcoming The Last Jedi.  Surprisingly, they have plenty of those in stock..

Tomorrow will stand as my final day of San Diego Comic-Con.  And afterwards, the Convention will go away till 2018.  It's been a long and tiring Convention.  I can't wait to go to a more quieter con like SD Comic Fest  or maybe Equestria LA.

    Whew.  What a day.
First off, I lucked out and got a ticket to the Autograph session of My Little Pony.  Actually, it was alot easy to get one of those tickets.  I went to the Hasbro Booth as soon as the doors opened, and I was able to easily acquire a ticket.  And unlike in 2012, I made it to the My Little Pony panel.
Which is rather odd compared to back in 2012.  During that year, it was really hard to get into a My Little Pony panel due to how small the room was.  I only made it in 2013 due to a lesson I learned, and I was able to attend the MLP panels since then.  Recently, the panel got a little easier to get into.  It was almost like you could just walk into the room, sit back, and enjoy the time there.
The panelists all showed up: Tara, Tabitha, Andrea, Ashleigh, Cathy, Meghan, Mike and Daniel.  Oh, and Liev Schreiber was there.
All they showed was tidbits of the upcoming My Little Pony film.  Not only did this feel alot like a classic Disney film, but the Storm King reminds me of Hades from Disney's Hercules.
And yes, I did ask a silly question: What is your command, Storm King?  XP

Afterwards, I was able to reach the Autograph session.  It took some time, but I was able to meet up with the voice cast.  I gave out pictures, but I gave two very important ones to Tabitha and Cathy.  The former was because of what happened back in January, when she had to miss a day due to having to have her appendix cut out.  The latter is the same image I gave to Charlie Adler yesterday.  Both enjoyed it.
Afterwards, I was tired from going to panels.  So I ate lunch, and went over to pick up something from Mattel(The Wonder Woman set from DC Superhero Girls), and went into the Nintendo Lounge.  I was able to play a bit of Splatoon and Mario/Rabbids.  The latter was alright, but I only got a small taste of it.  I made a big mistake in the game, getting myself killed by a Rabbid Hulk.  Oy vey.

After eating dinner at the Manchester Hyatt, I returned to catch Batman and Harley Quinn.  It's a fun nod to Batman: The Animated Series that's really funny to watch.  Some parts remind me of the Adam West era Batman.  And Melissa Rauch did a great job as Harley Qunn, right alongside Arleen Sorkin and Tara STrong.
When I asked about Kevin and Loren paying tribute to Adam, Kevin gave a heartwarming story about his meeting with Adam West, how he got to work with him, how he was humble and was willing to let Kevin play the role.  I admit, it brought a tear to my eye.

Anyway, besides the Wonder Woman toy, I also got a Songbird Serenade pin and 2 Justice League/Power Rangers comics.

The next 2 days will not be as exciting.  But I gotta do this.  It's Comic-Con after all.
