Yeah, I'll link a new thread whenever I get around to making it. It will probably be sometime next week.

"You can't hide from a wizard of my caliber, let alone one with advanced senses to begin with. I can hear the slightest disturbance, see the quickest twitch, and feel the lightest wrinkle. Add in the ability to sense the aura of every element I understand and you have a deadly combination," Agravain said to the shadow.

Agravain was very invested in his book. It was different for him to be able to read so easily. He'd never even seen this script before the tower, but it came naturally to him. He continued his reading before saying "I know you're there. You don't have to hide."

Agravain never was one for social situations, so he slipped away and headed below deck. To most people it would be impossible to see without prior adjustment to the darkness, but it was nothing to Agravain. He hadn't even realized it was dark. He made his way through the area, stepping over ropes, tarps, and other miscellaneous things before sitting up against a large pile of cloth. It was then that he withdrew some books he grabbed from the tower from his bag of holding and started to read.

It's dead, half of the people left. Be thankful you didn't type the character page. That would take a long time.

Agravain thought about what had just occurred, and realized he hadn't seen any other sort of spell that would allow a transformation of weaponry, and he hadn't seen a spell that would allow for transformation of armor. 'Maybe there are other artifacts similar to the Changeblade...' he thought. He then considered that the armor didn't transform, but rather the attacker had simply swapped armor within the blink of an eye through the help of some spell. He pushed back these thoughts and approached Blitz. "How's your neck? Was I too slow? Did she cut you at all?" he asked.

Agravain saw what was going on and started judging the situation. Time seemed to slow in the area as he processed all the information. He knew he was fast, but was he fast enough to save Blitz? He knew it was a risk, but decided he could do it. He was enveloped in a golden aura, dashing towards the woman and grabbing the knifeblade and pulling it away from Blitz' neck, thankful that he had forged gloves as well. With his free hand, he summoned his sword, taking the form of a basic shortsword and pointed it at her face. "Haven't your parents ever told you not to play with fire?"

@, @@Yoshikupo, @@Illiad Easle, @@Child Of Darkness,
Looking to the dragon, Agravain said "It's not so much about the focus you put into a spell as much as it is the understanding of what you are doing that creates stronger spells. The more you understand what you are trying to manipulate, the easier it is to do so, and it allows you to manipulate it in different manners. As for your second question, there are stories of ancient dragons who did just such things, though there is no evidence to prove them."

@@Child Of Darkness, @@Yoshikupo,
Agravain had been listening to the conversation, and decided to share his knowledge on magic. "Magic is really quite simple to use, it just takes a lot of practice. The ability to use magic requires one to understand the forces at work, be it nature, the gods, or even the stars. Understanding these forces connects one with them, allowing them to channel those forces. It takes a strong mind, and a lot of focus."

Agravain slid off of The Dark Knight's shoulder and hit the ground with a thud. He just so happened to wake up at that moment. He got to his feet and looked around. "How long have I been out? Where are we? Who are these people?" He asked the final question looking at the red-haired man and the kids.

Well everyone, I'm back, I've got my life together (for the moment) and hopefully I'm here to stay.
Sorry, but I'm afraid the character doesn't fit the story. I must decline.

At this point I feel as though Agravain's character is nothing. There is never really a point where he would affect anything.
