  1. Now that Jack had his coinpurse back, he returned to the merchant and finished up his business with him. He grabbed the bag of food and put it into his briefcase. He then retrieved what appeared to be a small bag, a card deck holder, and a stereotypical magician's wand. He attached the first two items to his belt and held the wand in his right hand as his briefcase shrunk to a size small enough to fit into his coinpurse. "I'd suggest you go inside, things might get a bit... hectic," Jack said. The permanent smile on the mask made him seem like a madman.

Agravain pulled from his satchel a masterfully crafted horn, no doubt Elven made by it's beautiful craftsmanship. He brought it to his lips and blew on it. Several war cries could be heard as almost 100 arrows came over the town walls, hitting no one besides the town guards. Not a single townsman was injured. Shortly after this, several grappling hooks came over the walls, and up came several Elven rangers. At the same time as this, a few Elven knights came running in through the entrances of the town. It was then that Allendune put away the horn and drew his glaive and shield, and Jack ran to his side, the wand extending into a quarterstaff.

  2. @@Illiad Easle@@Acnologia,

"This man stole my friend's coinpurse," Allendune said as Jack skipped his way over to the three. The man in question quickly returned the coinpurse to Jack, who started waving his finger in the man's face. "Now, now, didn't your mother ever tell you not to steal?" Allendune promptly set the thief down, "Go on then, get out of here before I change my mind on what to do with you." The two turned to face the Black Knight. "I'm Allendune," "And I'm Jack." "At your service," the last part said in unison and with a bow from each of them.

  3. Jack was dealing with a merchant, and as he went to grab his coin purse he noticed it was gone. "Hey Allendune, my coi- Allendune?" Allendune had already laid his eyes on the thief, nothing special about him, just some man. Allendune grabbed the man by the back of his shirt and held him up. "I'll be taking that coinpurse back, thank you very much." If no one had been paying attention to them before, they would be now.

  4. Allendune and Jack had made their way into the market. They truly stood out from the crowd, Jack dressed in his very bright jester's attire and his mask, similar in style to those made in Venice, and the behemoth of a man that Allendune was, they truly were out of the ordinary, the fact that the two were together made it seem all the more odd. "Let's just get the food and go," Allendune said gruffly. "Why don't we pick up something for our friend? He likes to read, perhaps we should pick up a book?" Jack said, as though they had nothing important to do, which was partially true. It would be better if they went unnoticed, perhaps.

  5. Meanwhile, in the forest outside of town, a young man was playing fetch with a pack of rather large wolves, each about the size of a horse. These were not ordinary wolves, but dire wolves, vicious creatures with little to no regard as to what they hunt. Why they were playing fetch with a human was beyond anyone's guess.

Allendune and Jack began heading towards the market to pick up food, then they would continue their travels to various rebellion locations, as well as visiting the Vilum and Maegon to spread political discourse regarding their own kingdom. Maegon and Vilum had already created an alliance, and both distrusted Idalum for very understandable reasons.

"Is this your card?" the small gathering of children and their parents couldn't help but awe, for the card was indeed the boy's chosen 7 of Diamonds. The crowd clapped and the magician bowed, the bells on his jester's hat jingling. "Now for my next trick..." he began, when the behemoth of a man next to him glowered down at him. "Oh, I do apologize, my companion is getting a bit impatient. Don't worry, folks, we'll be back through this town again one day, I'm sure of it!" he said as he packed up his things into a briefcase that seemed far too small to hold everything, yet it fit perfectly. "Did you see them Ally? They loved me!" "Jack, don't call me that, please, and they ALWAYS love you, you're a magician and a jester, who doesn't love either?" the behemoth replied. "How much did we make today, anyways?" The jester started looking through his coin purse "About 30 gold pieces, enough for a week's rations!" "Good to hear, the next town is quite a ways away, we need all the food we can get." "I hope... he is doing alright, he gets nervous when we leave, you know."

    RP: https://mlpforums.com/topic/152460-fantasy-rp/

Welcome, heroes, to the Kingdom of Idalum, ruled by King Fenrir, son of Rokar, son of Maseon. Maseon was the king who initiated the Magic Inquisition, an event which led to the near extinction of magic users, as well as the split between the Humans and magic races, leading to the creation of the Elven forest-realm of Vilum and the Dragonborn territory of Maegon, this split becoming known as the Great Schism. Maseon feared that magic users could oppose his absolute rule, and thus began the Magic Inquisition. This fear has been passed down through the bloodline, and has even led to witch hunts among the citizens of the kingdom, believing the king to be rightfully afraid of the mages, whom were vilified. With the creation of the king's elite Holy Paladins, magic users are a rare breed in Idalum. Most that are known of are mere street magicians with simple parlor tricks, who are under heavy watch by the guards. Known mages are on wanted posters in every city, town, and hamlet. Despite all this, many magic skills, such as alchemy and enchanting, are still very much sought after.

I believe that to be a large enough introduction. Leave the following character information below:

    Here are my characters...

    Name: Agravain

    Age: 24

    Gender: Male

    Race: Human

Physical description: A tall, lanky individual with pale skin due to always wearing robes (similar in style to the Thalmor robes from Skyrim). He has short, blue/white hair in a Caesar cut.

Personality: Unfamiliar with many customs, socially awkward due to lack of contact with people, brutal in combat

Skills: Strong enough to wield a two-handed sword in one hand, albeit not with much finesse, extremely quick when using the Meteor spell, extremely tactical, analyzing everything. Has an extremely powerful magical connection, allowing for use of more advanced spells and an ability to use basic spells from several areas of magic. The reverse to this is that if he uses too much magic he will become ill, faint, and possibly die.

    Magic: http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Heavenly_Body_Magic
Also can use the Heavenly Body Magic Secret Art: Heaven's Spear, a magical spear made of pure starlight forms in his hand, and he throws it at the speed of light, has 2 forms, scatter or precision. Scatter causes tiny explosions when it lands for dealing with groups, precision creates a fairly large explosion on a single target. Can become more powerful with more magic power. The less magic power he has, the less healthy he is. He can also use simple spells such as telekinesis, kindle (fire), control certain aspects of nature such as plants and animals, and supernatural abilities such as strength, speed, and durability.

Backstory: Agravain has spent the majority of his life on the move, being a powerful mage. He tends to stick to the forests and rarely travels into the city, which has led to him being socially awkward and given him great knowledge of survival. How he came to be with Allendune and Jack was simply by chance, as they shared his motivations and goals.

Weapons/Gear: The Changeblade, a weapon that can change form in exchange for magic power. The forms include a two-handed cleaver, a one-handed double-edged sword, dual chain kunai, and dual daggers.

    Companions: Allendune, Jack

Motivation: Seeks to achieve equality for all and disestablish the government.

Aliases: The Wandering Wizard, The Rogue Mage, The Black Sorcerer

    Name: Allendune

    Age: 43

    Gender: Male

    Race: Human

Physical description: Think of an older Garen with gray hair

Personality: A calm, reserved gentleman who is very well-mannered. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

Skills: Extremely strong, capable of lifting a horse without buffs. He is versatile with a polearm and a shield.

Magic: Strength and speed buffs, healing, and enchanting.

Backstory: Allendune was a long time knight and was to become a paladin, though he failed in his training as he was too compassionate to single out magic users and torture them in the dungeons. He became disillusioned from his government and was stripped of his title as a knight, as well as losing his holy magics. He began wandering when he somehow came across Agravain and Jack in his travels.

Weapons/Gear: An enchanted glaive with the ability to freeze any limb that it cuts. It can also freeze over water, allowing for safe passage across. He also has a simple wall shield and what appears to be Roman legionary armor.

    Companions: Agravain, Jack

Motivation: Same as Agravain, as well as to restore his honor.

Aliases: The Ex-Paladin, The Fallen Knight

    Name: Jack

    Age: Unknown

    Gender: Male

    Race: Human

Physical description: A man of short to average height with a lanky build, wears a harlequin outfit.

Personality: Truly a jester, he is a comedic street musician with a dangerously sunny disposition. He is rarely serious, but he knows when he needs to be.

Skills: While he doesn't truly exceed at anything, he's good at everything he tries, earning him his name "Jack of all trades."

Magic: Mostly illusory magic, he can create what appears to be duplicates of himself as well as smokescreens, though he can also teleport around the battlefield to cause mass confusion and chaos.

Backstory: Nothing is known about Jack's past as he had his memory wiped, either for some heinous crime or because he knew something he wasn't supposed to. He came across Agravain and Allendune in his travels.

Weapons/Gear: An extending staff that looks like a magician's wand when fully collapsed. He also carries a deck of razor cards and a bag of bombs of varying degrees of explosiveness, from simple cherry bombs and firecrackers to grenades and breaching charges.

    Companions: Agravain, Allendune

Motivation: Same as Agravain, as well as to regain his memories.

    Aliases: None

  8. @@Blitz Boom,

Xander was walking about his house, trying to find his shopping list. He lifted various boxes and papers until he finally found it underneath the papers strewn about his desk. Upon retrieving the shopping list, he started heading back to the front door to meet back up with Jelly.

  9. After Estiel had made his way out of the arena, he maneuvered his way through the crowd, scanning for any signs of an exit. Much to his dismay, there were none in sight, even with his height advantage. He then decided that he would just make his way to the edge of the crowd, avoid being surrounded.

  10. @@Redeye,

With a stoic expression, Estiel looked towards the general with a piercing gaze, the eyes of a man who wasn't all there staring into Wulfric's soul, as though it would pry from him both his darkest secrets and most treasured memories before bowing. After a moment, he rose and walked towards the exit, knowing he would need time to meditate to avoid further falling into the dark abyss of his mind that reveled in bloodshed.

  11. @@Blitz Boom,

"As I said, I don't really get out much, and I don't know many ponies around here, but I'll do what I can to help you out. I could probably use some sunshine anyways, and now that I think about it, I'm probably pretty low on food. Give me a moment, would you?" Xander said as he returned into his house to get some bits for shopping, leaving the door partially open.

  12. @@Redeye,

Estiel grunted, but used the attack to his advantage. He grabbed the boar and stabbed one of his sai into the boar and wrapped it around its neck, attempting to choke the life out of the creature. For good measure, he stabbed his other sai into the middle of the boar's head.

  13. @@Redeye,

"I'm sorry..." Estiel muttered, remarking upon the fact that the creature was once human. Upon saying this, he lifted his arms up. He then slammed his left foot forward and swung his arms downward until they pointed at the boar. From under his robes two sai emerged, flying towards the boar at breakneck speed, a chain trailing behind each of them, apparently attached to or wrapped around Estiel's arms.

  14. I thought I'd bring it up, but I didn't expect responses so soon! I'm probably gonna be a bit busy this next week or two, and I've got finals to prepare for, but in my free time I'll definitely be on here. I might not be free these next few days, as I've been putting off assignments that are due Tuesday, and they're pretty big. I should be free late tomorrow or Tuesday, though.

  15. @@Blitz Boom,

"Look, I'm uhhh... I'm really sorry that I don't know where you're father is. I'm not much one for getting out, see. Only on business such as shopping for food or baubles, the occasional expedition through the Everfree and other surrounding forests, or when fixing things for other ponies, nothing social. I'm sorry to say that I've never run into a bat pony on any of these, truly I am," Xander said to Jelly Drop. "I'll gladly help you in someway if you'd like."

  16. @@Redeye,

'Thank the gods...' Estiel thought, wanting out of the crowd ASAP. He started moving through the crowd at a much faster pace. Upon reaching the arena, Estiel looked around the crowd, there were still so many people and so much noise, but at least he had room to breathe now. He looked towards the king and the lieutenants and bowed. His face was invisible to all, covered with the shadow from his hood.

  17. Estiel walked through the crowd, people parting as he did. Though unarmed, he still appeared threatening, likely owing to his tall and lanky stature to that. It appeared... unnatural. Estiel was thankful for this however, he never did well in crowds. Too many faces, too much noise, too much information to process, though Estiel had never seen, let alone been in a crowd as large as this one. He'd never been to the capital, and he wanted to leave. There were so many sights, sounds, and smells. Too many. 'No,' Estiel thought. 'I can't break down here, not with this many people watching, not with the initiation coming up...' Estiel soldiered on, making his way ever forward towards the king, knowing that the crowd would only get more compact the closer he got.
