if light is the fastest thing there is then the time it take a photon to move it's own length doesn't exist meaning that theoretically time doesn't move at all and it will never happen ¦D
if you want to get technical then theoretically every jiffy (yes that's a real measurement of the time it take for a photon to move one femtometre or about quadrillionth of a metre) is a separate universe forever suspended in time and we perceive it by following through every universe in order ¦D
