Possibly not the ones I mean then - the ones I bought were basically just thick rubber strips with glue on the bottom; if you attached them to the bottom of the pedal unit, they should make it harder for them to slip on carpet, but won't stop you just picking them up and putting them away when you aren't using them.

The strips I've for are velcro  . I’m concerned they’ll rip off from the carpet since the adhesive/sticky side doesn’t seem all that strong. I’ll give it a shot tho

yeah. the velcro ones would probably rip fibres from the carpet. Actual carpet grips would be even worse - they have fairly sharp metal prongs on them.

but the rubber ones just increase friction, they don't actually bind to the carpet.
