That businesses and states often have a "creative" financial status (aka, messing around with the record books) is also something quite frequent, especially on large-scaled business. I don't portray Trump as honest nor un-bribable, simply that he'd be a lot more expensive.

Of course he's expensive, but he's extremely petty. The guy once cashed in a check for less than a dollar, he clearly doesn't understand the concept of opportunity cost and would pinch any penny he can.
