This is honestly the most anticipated thing for me right now as I adore pinkie pie. I hope with all my heart she's not there for some ridiculous reason

What about the first line in the songs from applejack" we've traveled the road of generations, linked by a common bond." That has to mean something if it doesn't reinforce my theory, road of generations=family tree perhaps?, linked by a common bond is a little harder because I can't say for sure what the bond could possibly be in my family tree theory, but I'd say it helps a little? Yes/no?

There's been alot of hype regarding the teaser animatics for season 4 of the song with the apple family an pinkie pie with them as they travel. I've listened to the song and caught a line from Granny Smith singing "your always welcome if your apple kin" so I beleive this is proof that pinkie pie must be related to the apple family in some way, so I rescind earlier comments on other threads stating otherwise. Anyone else find anything different to prove me wrong? Again this is just my theory.

Is anyone else wondering where princess celestia was the entire time? I mean nightmare moon never actually states that she kidnaps the princess, nor do I think that she is capable of doing so. Does anyone else think that celestia knew what was going to happen and left so that events could play out? And yes I know that at the end celestia states that she saw the signs of nightmare moons return and knew twilight was to be the one( don't remember exact dialogue) but she couldn't have known exactly what was to take place could she?

I've seen every episode several times, and now I just watch my favorite ones with the best songs. I own the entire series on iTunes and eagerly await for the equestria girls movie so I can finally see that for the first time. And since I don't have cable anymore ill have to wait for season 4 to come out on iTunes to watch that as well.

I feel like your reading too much into the scene, I think this is one of those moments where pinkie pie wasn't actually meant to be there but got roped in and is now just enjoying the ride like pinkie pie does. Maybe she accidentally got thrown into applejacks cart before they left and didn't realize she was there until later? Who knows... Can't wait to find out though

I agree that we really never see external family members, except for in apple family reunion. We've never seen rainbow dash's parents, or fluttershy's, we've only seen rarity and sweetie bell's parents once, as well as pinkie pies family, and we all know about applejacks parents, and twilights parents show up for important events because, well she's the "star" of the show. It's more likely that her parents aren't worth showing.

First let me say I'm new here. And to forums in general, I absolutely adore pinkie pie for she is best pony IMO. Now on to the real reson for this, the cutie mark crusaders. I know everyone speculates about what their cutie marks will be and what their special talent truly is( the exact talent, not just general ideas like in show stoppers). My question is, do we really want them to get their cutie marks? That would signify the end of the crusaders and this ruin a perfectly good character group. Granted we have babs and the two mystery ponies in manehattan, but the odds of the show moving out there away from the mane cast for them is highly unlikely. It sounds a little cruel of me to wish that the three fillies neve got their cutie marks but I really hope they don't. What are your thoughts on the subject?

In my opinion with what we saw in show stoppers I believe that apple blooms cutie mark will be about carpentry or such the way she repaired the treehouse, scootaloo will be dancing or acrobatics the way she was able to pull off the hoof spin flawlessly, and of course sweetie bell with her singing and her ability to make up lyrics on the spot. Again just my opinion.
