    All Bottled Up is what Every Little Thing She Does should've been. Unlike the latter, Starlight's reasoning to bottle her magic was believable. Her fear of hurting Trixie was justified, and she didn't want to ruin their friendship.

    Would just talking to her rather than literally bottling up the angry magic be better? Of course. But you can see where she's coming from. While she was in complete control in ELTSD, her actions in ABU were a last resort to a dilemma.

      I love All Bottled Up because Trixie tells Starlight that she LOVES her! :pinkie:

       I'm still sad that we never saw a StarTrix proposal or wedding. :blush:

      Is it fair to compare them, though? The former was trying to highlight that Trixie still has some bad habits. She needed to realize that part of herself in order to get to the characterization you mentioned.
      Not that I blame you for thinking that All Bottled Up is hard to sit through...

      @Sparklefan1234 I love that part of the episode too! :D And I feel the same about not seeing any further StarTrix...
