The Powerpuff Girls' Best Rainy Adventure Day Ever is so simple, yet so effective. Great, funny characterization; a very effective plotline that self-parodies itself correctly; full of charm; and treats the PPG as actual kids. It's possibly the best PPG episode.
There were a lot of great jokes, like Bubbles driving Blossom through the wall, the professor, Blossom acting as Mojo, and (of course) Blossom pretending to be Ms. Bellum.
