    So, a 13-yr-old daughter ran away for three days. The parents don't call police. When they find her, the father pulls her hair and beats her with a belt while her mom films it and cheers him on. No wonder why the daughter ran away!

      I personally can't make a judgement either way. Mainly because I don't know the whole story. Why did she run away? Was she being defiant? Did the parents know where she was and waited for her to come home? Idk. Based off of what you said, it definitely seemed excessive. But I'm personally not against corporal punishment -- when its done right. And it seems this dad did it wrong and out of anger.

      Considering that she was called a "ho," "bitch," and "motherfucker" presumably by her mom while he yanked her hair, and how stoic his daughter's reaction is, it doesn't surprise me if this wasn't the first time he or anybody in her family abused her. This is a broken child, and they aren't helping.
