Two years ago, when Costco announced they were closed on Thanksgiving (sticking true to its policies dating back in the '80s), it was national news. Today, more retailers won't open, but it doesn't generate much of a buzz
Too bad Wal-Mart isn't going to accustom to that anytime soon and would rather pull in customers early Thanksgiving for the stupid Black Friday madness. :/
