      And to make it worse, SciTwi's magic-capturing spectrometer opened up portals, and the focus is mainly on the motocross race.

       

      Seeing as I looked up spoilers, any sane city with an event as odd as monsters in motocross nearly killing kids in CP and CHS would've been on the news.
