    The Paddington series is unlike almost every other CGI-character-with-live-action family film outside of Disney. Both movies take their craft really seriously, and the stories are simple yet effective. One of the earliest signs occurs in the Paddington train station. Pay attention to how quickly it establishes the Brown family's dynamic as well as the "Lost & Found" sign above Paddington.
