Can firecrackers breathe? I swear so far I've been nothing but, slag near tossing things against the wall just for the reason of lost sleep. Hopefully your advice works or something good happens to change the mood.

I know that feeling all too well, lack of sleep can be brutal, but today just take things slowly. Don't stress yourself, if you feel stressed, breathe in deep for 2 breathes, for the third one, hold it for a few seconds then release, then repeat. Calm your mind and your body when the stress starts to build. I hope that your day at the very least stays peaceful for you buddy.
