Be surprised sometimes. At least for Cosplay in general. Not sure about MLP cosplayers, as if Bronies in area are rare, brony cosplayers even rarer.

Thanks, FlashGear. It helped that everyone there really added to the fun. Hey you never know, there may be something or even get togethers of Cosplayers near you...course off top of head, only know of those in California. That would be quite the drive for you.

Was at Katsucon (National Harbor, MD) this past weekend...well just Saturday actually, and got to check out and join in the MLP:Fim gather/photo shoot. Lots of fun. What with the singing, the dancing, the great, friendly people. Felt more like a party then a photo shoot. Thought I'd share some of the photos I took at the event. Hello and Welcome! Always enjoy the stories of how people became fans/bronies. Either it be instant, or like us, solw and with some hesitation in the beginning. I'm sure you'll have a blast here and meet a great deal of fun, and friendly people, I know I have. Also, Awesome to see another Borderlands fan. What's your favorite class?

First off, Welcome. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself and meet plenty of fun, nice and welcoming people here. I know I have. As for your question, as both Repsol and Equerio have said, I think along with the well written stories, characters, and just overall fun of the show. The image of values and traits we seem to being less and less in society is refreshing. A nice break from the unplesentness of negativity, hate, and violence we see in the news about the world. Course being adorable ponies we can't help but "Awwwwwww..." at doesn't hurt.

Now imagining a world overrun by Muffins, with Derpy as either our Savior or Overlord

A thread like this really shows my age when I see what most peoples first games were. I can't recall what my very first game was but it was on the Atari 2600 I remember playing Tanks(?), Pong, and a few other and having my first rage quit with E.T.

Our little pomeranian/chihuahua Lukie He may be cute, but he's vicious, so very, very vicious. You can almost see the killing intent behind those beady little eyes...don't fall for the cuteness, it's how he gets you. Okay, he's just really noisy. Still adorable even when he's trying to act fierce.

Hmmm...I finally got my Commando to level 72 in Borderlands 2 Yeah, maybe later can say "Ran through all the raid bosses, got some legendary drops, and pondered some more how I thought of rarity/mlp in general when I first saw buttstallion" o.O

I don't know really...Big Mac and Fluttershy seem like it'd be cute. Maybe... What is the answer to life the universe and everything?

In theaters: Frozen (Fun part was we watched while vacationing at Disney World, just sort of made whole thing better) Last movie watched in general: Star Trek: First Contact Been trying to marathon (and failing) all Star Trek series and movies.

I tend to cosplay here and there also enjoy photography. Originally the photo was to give a sneak peek of newest cosplay I'd be wearing at a con. Figured it make for a nice avatar.

Mine: TrirXD I have moments when all a lot or barely at all. Thou do seem to be using it a lot more lately, as it's my current IM of choice.
