    Why is it that in a lot of video games when the world is in peril the solution is to send in children that have no combat experience whatsoever save the world?

    Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 are easily my favorite Marvel movies Pre-Avengers era Punisher (2004) was also very well done, I have no idea why it has such a low critic score, I thought it was a good movie. And I'll even go as far as to say Daredevil was good but only the Director's Cut though. I don't think Ben Affleck needed to apologize for it, the reason it got such a bad reception was because the movie was butchered on its Theatrical release. The original release was missing several scenes that were vital to the movie's story because the executives wanted to play up the Electra/Matt Murdoch romance and ass a result the movie had scenes that didn't make any sense. The Director's Cut fixed the movie by putting in those missing scenes that were vital to the movie. So if you thought that Daredevil was a bad movie and you haven't scene the Director's Cut, do yourself a favor and watch it, you'll have a different outlook on the movie.

    :okiedokielokie: ...okay, okay, I see what's going on here...You're one of those people that think that just because you have an opinion on something, it somehow makes it the superior opinion and everyone who disagrees is a moron. Thanks for the insult buddy! The only fact in this post! To be fair what is a high score on...Pacman or Asteroids or Donkey Kong going to get you in life? What is getting the top spot on the leaderboard in CoD, Battlefield or TF2 going to get you in life? What is beating Super Mario World, Grand Theft Auto V or Devil May Cry going to get you in life? NOTHING! It's just for fun! In other words "STOP LIKING THINGS THAT I DON'T LIKE!!!" And stop making posts that turn me into a complete asshole and a douchebag!!!

    Just let people like what they like. If people want to play a game where they're just dodging pipes to achieve a high score then by all means they have every right to do so if they wish. I don't see how it got popular myself but oh well, no reason to be angry about it.

    Are there any settings in fiction that you've just gotten tired of? Just name them here and explain why. For me, I'm tired of the Zombie Apocalypse setting. I think over the last ten years we've really over-exposed to it to the point where zombies started to show up in things where they weren't really needed (Looking at you Red Dead Redemption).

    As some have mentioned already: Sonic '06, we've heard all the stories, art styles that clash horribly (think the freakin' blue hedgehog in a Final Fantasy-esque setting in the opening cutscene, terrible story, the awkward forced romance between Sonic and Elise, the horrible controls, unbearable mach segments, the bad bland graphics for an seventh gen title, the horrendous loading times and of course the hoards upon hoards of glitches!! It was a terrible game and everyone should play it!

    Grand Theft Auto - The first one! Oh god it was terrible! horrendous controls, awkward top-down perspective, bad level design you get stuck all the time, there's no radar or map so you have to follow this arrow which will lead you into dead ends trying to follow it, no second chances on missions, you die in one hit, the graphics are bland and sometimes you can't really see what you bumped into. My god it's such a good thing that series has evolved in a big way since then, this first entry was just horrible!

    This whole Dark Skyes issue, I don't know whether to be disgusted that someone would pull such a stunt or overjoyed that this game with the most horrendous voice acting and characters imaginable doesn't exist.
