"Don't let your cutiemark decide your destiny" (Or something along that line, all in credits of Velvet Remedy from fallout equestria) Basically, even if your talents says you should do one thing, don't let them stop you from chasing your dreams.

      Well the show is quite open to their talents and jobs, pinkie pie job isn't just a party planner, she also works for the cakes which makes her a baker as well. In fallout equestria the stable dwellers was basically forced to do that one thing their cutiemark represented for the rest of their lives. no mather if you loved it or not. Which just shows that ponies dont necesarily are forced byt that one talent, it just makes them especially good at that talent ^3^
