I saw nothing wrong with her. Different doesn't necessarily mean bad. There are plenty of stereotypes in the show, it's what makes it popular and funny. Much like Pinkie Pie being unoffended by plenty of things and Maud showing little to no reaction. -
Luna is the only pony I can relate to. The feeling of others being afraid of me because I use words or ideas in a different way. The confusion of being disliked or completely alone. The solitude Luna spent on the moon I relate with, being consumed by jealousy of others gifted lives. The outcast. She's changed over time into a totally new princess but she's a role model to me, something that gives me love and hope. She's obviously beautiful for a pony and her voice is majestically heart-bending. She's like a mother I literally never had. It simply makes me happy. Also, her struggle with knowing what fun is and how to make friends I've related with.

I have 2 Luna plushies, poster, shirt, tin box, sleepmask, vinyl figure, and if Nightmare Moon counts; a NMM beanie hat with a Lunar patch on the back and a Luna button that says "Huzzah!" with her cutesy face on it in the front. I still need more merch. :comeatus:

If I were sent to Equestria I would most likely take a trip to Luna's castle and give her a big kissie. If I could go anywhere on Earth, I would go to Italy. I prefer music over everything. I listen to music everyday and I'm always looking for new, ear-popping tunes. The best feature on a Princess is her hooves. Like Cinderella (if she were a pony). The way they walk so delicately is quite graceful and beautiful.

Well I wouldn't directly say so, or quickly assume. She reminds me more of a yoga-gypsy (and I just made that up). It could be a reference to The Flower Children of the hippy days, but of course drugs shouldn't be included in the show. Also, surfers kind of have that same tone of voice; "righteous!". It's good to see so many different types of personalities in the show thus far.

Ah, being jealous of other's friends. I've been there a lot. Jealousy is a difficult thing to keep bottled up. I've often felt jealous of my friend's friends because I was the unusual one in a group, and I remember trying to fake myself to impress those I were around to gain acceptance. Misunderstandings happen with jealousy and sometimes friendship can be cut off completely because of it. I'm glad Discord and Shy (mainly) were able to make up quickly and still remain friends. It seems Discord has come a long way and the comical powers he has is always funny to see. -
Luna enjoys putting a potato on her hoof and pretending she's a helicopter.
