    I found a pre-made states tier list template. Some states were really easy to decide what tier they belong in, but I realized that I'm not sure where a lot of them should be ranked... :confused: (P.S. The list is gonna be my own personal opinion, not what's factually the best state.)

      They may border West Virginia, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're as $#!+ as West Virginia. :dry:

       

      But, yes, West Virginia f***ing sucks to live in.

      Well I never said they're AS bad as West Virginia, but I definitely think that the fact that they border that state makes them less desirable. And as for living in West Virginia, I'd be so impressed if you crossed the border into that state without hit by thousands of bullets. :dry:
