  1. Blackheart started singing an old pony warsong to himself. It was rather inspiring considering of where they were heading and what they would encounter. The reports Blackheart had read told him of many horrors that awaited them in the uncharted lands.
  2. Blackheart had heard over his shoulder that the journey was soon to be over. Luckily, Blackheart always carried his equipment and supplies with him in his saddlebags underneath his cloak, so he was already well.. ready. Blackheart went to the front of the ship and gazed ahead, soon the stories of this uncharted and mysterious land would be revealed. He was certain that there were artifacts to be found and that he would find them, as was his duty.
  3. Blackheart noticed the strange behavior, but dismissed it as a condition the other pony might have. He didn't want to seem rude, this was one of the longest conversations he had held since he was rescued from the dark. "Yes. I've come across quite a few accursed artifacts myself. It doesn't get any easier to deal with them." Blackheart said. "Well, I'm going up to see if land is in sight yet, surely now we must be nearing the end of our journey and the beginning of an interesting adventure." Blackheart chuckled as he started to leave. "Oh um yes. In case I forgot to mention, my name is Blackheart. I think introduced myself." He said with a small frown. His memory was terrible especially when talking about history and his passions. "Well goodbye for now, I will speak with you later I hope." He finished with a smile as he went up to the deck. Blackheart went to one side of the ship and peered over into the blue waters.
  4. Blackheart snapped back to the present. "Meet all of who?" Blackheart asked a bit confused. He wasn't sure what the pegasus meant when he asked that. Did he mean he had seen Warrior Librarians before or did he mean the rest of the passengers? Blackheart doubted he meant Warrior Librarians or at least not anyone of Blackheart's lineage. The last Blackheart had seen of his family had been when he fell through the floor in a sand temple that he didn't even know the whereabouts of anymore.
  5. Blackheart listened intently to the pegasus's story. "You have a very colorful history, sounds almost like some of the old tales of pony heroes." Blackheart said with a smile. Then Blackheart was questioned about his own history and he was a bit hesitant. Blackheart looked down at the ground. "I come from a long line of Warrior-Librarian ponies. Sworn to find and protect knowledge and ancient artifacts no matter where we find it. Usually I bring these artifacts to libraries or some museum of some sort. Though some knowledge must never fall into the wrong hooves so I give that to Celestia. Not personally mind you, anonymously. Not quite so grand a life as yours, but it is a life I am content with... though I do miss the others...." Blackheart trailed off, a far look in his eyes.
  6. Blackheart's eyes had been scanning the surrounding area for any other signs of movement. His head jerked as he heard the sound of another explosion and he turned to see Bulawayo sprawled on the ground. He went over and was going to offer a hand, but Bulawayo seemed to just dust himself off and get right back up. "Are you alright?" Blackheart asked, he wasn't sure if the burning plant based material had made it past the Zebra's armor.
  7. Blackheart listened intently, perhaps this was a kindred spirit. "I learned in my travels. I spend weeks, months, and sometimes years scouring ruins for any lost artifacts. Took me a long time to figure out some of those old griffon riddletraps. Few burns, scratches, and poison arrows make for good teachers." Blackheart said. "I tend to ramble a lot myself. If I may ask, what is your job and what is your purpose in going to well... where we are all currently going?" Blackheart asked. He had lost interest in the unicorn, whenever history was discussed, Blackheart had a one track mind.
  8. "Sorry, No I er don't know him. I didn't see him come aboard with the passengers so Im guessing he might be part of the crew though." Blackheart said. He glanced down at the book and his eyebrows rose. "You understand the old griffon tongue?" Blackheart asked the surprise evident in his voice. He hadn't met many who could even speak any other old language whether it was the far minotaur tribes of the north to the mysterious desert dwelling ponies in the east.
  9. Blackheart had heard a ruckus coming from up above followed by some very unpleasant sounds. He wanted to continue reading, but he was curious as to who the seasick creature was. Blackheart got up from his chair and saw a few small disgusting gobbits of what looked to be somepony's lunch. He followed the small trail, not as repulsed as others would be at the stench. He came across a small corner of the ship where an unconscious unicorn and a pegasus nearby reading a book. "Um.. excuse me, is everything alright here? With that one I am guessing?" He asked in a rather quiet voice, gesturing at the unconscious unicorn.
  10. I'd be more scared of creepers honestly, mainly because they'd probably have evolved to where they could camouflauge in any environmment and sping on you like a beartrap. My defense against an enderman is basically build a short house with light inside it. Spend the night in said house (Problem solved) Creepers can get you just about anywhere. Go outside of house, BOOM. Gathering resources, BOOM. Feeding the sheep, BOOM. On the toilet, BOOM. Getting ready to go to sleep, lets you wake up and then BOOM! Also I believe the enderman is supposed to be based off of slenderman. He doesn't even have eyes, wears a tuxedo to give you a semblance that he was a civilized creature at one point, and can distort his body. Next to that, the enderman is a joke.
  11. Blackheart was busy reading some tattered journals and such that had been recovered from this strange land. He was in the bowels of the ship and was reading by lanternlight. He had purchased these journals from some adventurers that had come back on this very ship. They had been a grim bunch and had offered only a few words. Blackheart believed if he could gleam any extra information from these journals, it might be vital to his mission of preservation and recovery.
  12. I want to hunt down Derplight Sperkle for that Rooster Teeth hat. I've been an RvB fan since it started T.T
  13. I'd like to, but I'm not even sure if I can. Heck I could link you a comedy video thing I made with a friend of mine, but it was scripted .3.
  14. XD Sad thing is that actually sounds like an Episode Corn Knight
  15. I do not think anybrony would be happy with romances in MLP:FIM. As much as we'd like it personally there is always a good percentage of bronies who will hate any ship that is not theirs. Rainbow Dash x Soarin. 20% of bronies approve, 80% disagree (Not factual percentages, but you get the point) There will always be a large percent of bronies that will be against shipping characters that aren't theirs or just shipping in general. I think that the mention of PinkiePie in having a Coltfriend in season 5 caused some brony confrontation for all the PinkiePie fans that want her to be with their ships or to be their waifu.
  16. As reluctant I am to admit it, I think PinkiePie is secretly a pony god in disguise. Given all her powers she could easily take over equestria with her army of pinkies that she could create.
  17. Rosemary, that is very presumptuous to state that no one would watch it. Didn't people watch the changeling invasion? I think a war episode would be done like that, and If I might add I think those 2 episodes were handled fairly well. Plus if season 5 is anything to say, Adventure will become a lot more important and SOL might be left behind or just not as prevalent in the plot as much. With that said, I love the picture : D One last add in. I always thought the battles would be more oriented all swords and bows and stuff, less guns and tanks. More Medieval combat despite all the High-techy stuff. I mean the Royal Guards still wear armor, I can understand if its ceremonial, but surely a uniform not made of metal could have been made.
  18. I have had the exact same problem. If anything is found out could I be told please? : 3
  19. Well Tirek was stretching the bounds. Also need I mention the whole changeling invasion. That was pretty close to a war.
  20. Easiest: Pinkie Pie, you can mess up her hair and tail and it'll still look kinda like pinkie. Hardest: For me its Rainbow Dash because when I draw her I try to incorporate her tomboyish nature, but I still have to give her a feminine look as well.
  21. Haha yes, I love it. How come most war pics of Fluttershy involve her being a sniper? XD They could do a reboot of Sombra. I mean they never really went into detail about his story. Maybe an episode dedicated to learning about Sombra's history because it somehow ties into the present? XD
  22. So I was wondering what fellow bronies thought of an episode perhaps containing an actual war in MLP:FIM, but tactfully done to still be presentable to the younger demographic. As an example, a while back I wrote a fanfic of an invasion on equestria by this mysterious pegasus who commanded an army of shadow ponies. These shadow ponies would be dispersed by hits, sword swings etc. and they would attack by blinding ponies with shadows, trying to take over their minds, some sort of knockout gas, or even with headbutts, kicks, etc. The Mysterious pegasus's goal was to dominate the minds of equestria and shroud it in eternal darkness. So no deaths really resulted in this fanfic, but there was still a large war with armies of ponies charging at the shadow ponies. So thoughts on an episode involving a large scale pony war? or how an episode could be done? Share your thoughts.
  23. Vital Spark the instructor. This is neat .3. Thanks for link. Hmmm maybe make a thread with these links to help other beginner artists like myself? :3
  24. Blackheart realized that it might be a better idea if he let the ones that could actually shoot handle this. He got up and put his gun back in a holster near his hip. He watched as the flames engulfed the plant hordes. While he did think it had taken out the hostiles, he also realized that they had to go out in that environment as well and Blackheart didn't like the thought of being cooked like those plants. Blackheart drew out his blades and held them casually at his sides. His eyes were still on the flames. He had an uneasy feeling about this mission already.
